From my first phone call with David I had a feeling we were dealing with a professional and personal man. When we met him, he was very friendly and explained everything about his company and what service we would be receiving. Lucas and his team arrived early in the morning, introduced themselves and began working right away. In a couple of hours our roof looked brand new. The young men that came and worked for this company were clean cut, very respectful, quiet and very diligent in completing their tasks. They were on time and worked consistently until their task was completed. Both men worked very hard to accomplish their work and were very quiet and most respectful of my property. They left my home in a clean and beautiful condition.

Dave was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained that POWER WASHING is not as easy as it sounds. And their SOFT WASH system was superior. Did you know there is a 'skin' on vinyl siding and IMPROPER power washing actually remove it!? He also SHOWED us WHY our roof needed to be cleaned in addition to the house siding. He was very fair with the price and said his aim in business is to ALWAYS get a FIVE STAR Rating. The work crew were wonderful - prompt, professional, personable - and they answered my additional questions with solid reasonable answers. The crew were hardworking and it looked like they really liked their job! David promised me my house would GLEAM when the crew were finished -- and it DID. I would not hesitate to call them again!

It is always so nice, and unfortunately, unexpected, to find a service contractor that not only delivers what they promised but over delivers in a completely professional and courteous manner. David came to our home and not only explained his services but why traditional powerwashing was detrimental to our property, especially our roof and siding. David gave us a complete estimate and material that described their unique services and the reasons we should use them. We were concerned about the chemicals used on the roof and fence affecting our plants, shrubs and bushes. David assured us that they use a special neutralizer to protect the plants, which they did and everything was fine. The crew that came, Marcos, Santiago & Oscar, were extremely professional and very accommodating. Marcos listened to my concerns regarding certain decorative parts of our house exterior and went out of his way to protect them. The 3 men worked for over 5 hours doing our roof and hand-cleaning our gutters. They also did an incredible job of cleaning our bluestone steps on our patio. Their work was exceptional and more than what I expected. I would unconditionally recommend Gulf2Bay for any exterior cleaning services and we will certainly be using them again ourselves.
