Once Bob Waters and his son Cody and associate Chance arrived on site, the work that I contracted for him to do went flawlessly and was completed in a timely and very professional manner! Bob and his crew followed the written quote he provided to me to the letter and there were no surprises, or additional charges. He brought screened top soil to lay down as needed and when Cody spotted some low spots around my yard, he asked if I wanted them to drop some top soil to those areas as well; which they did and at no extra charge. The website is very informative and outlines the scope of the Company's offerings and capabilities. Needless to say I would highly recommend Waters Basement Services to anyone requiring the services that they provide. You can tell that this is a family owned business, from the pride that Bob excludes when talking about his wife running the front office, to his son and potentially his grandsons working with him taking care of Customers in the future! BRAVO!!

It went very well. This is a family owned business. Bob Waters was very knowledgeable and was on site every day. The crew drove an hour and a half each way to get to our home and back. They worked VERY hard, cleaned up every day, and did a stellar job. We now have no concerns about water coming in to our basement, which was important since we plan on having a room built in half of the basement. Bob had walked around outside the home, but felt that digging up around the outside was not necessary. It took a week and one day, and was on time and on schedule. There was the expected amount of noise and dust and vibration, involving two jackhammers. They were very polite and did what they could to minimize dust and mess.

The workers came out and they left they area cleaned. They gave me detail information on how the repair would go. It took them about an hour and a half.

Bob and his crew came and waterproofed the basement in our 1867 home. We have had numerous floods over the last 18 years we have lived here and we have had constant trouble with sump pumps and standing water. Bob went above and beyond in coming immediately and putting in a temporary pump since ours had just failed before he came for the estimate. He is very knowledgeable about basements and was able to improve our basement more than I ever imagined possible ! The drain tile is tied in to the 2 sumps and has a dimple board backing to catch anything dripping down the walls. The sumps are very quiet and he was able to tie in the 2 year old backup pump we already had. Bob's crew were all really pleasant when I got home at the end of the day - even after working in a filthy, 6 ft. high stone basement all day. In addition to all the concrete that was excavated, they hauled out a large amount of scrap wood (old shelves) and an old hot water heater and disposed of it for us. Everything was broom clean and Bob went over the whole job with me and answered questions thoroughly. We have a warranty on our work and I am beyond thrilled with my old, and quot;newand quot; basement. I HIGHLY recommend Waters Basement Waterproofing.

The price was very reasonable. The quality of work and responsiveness was excellent. They also followed up after the work. They were very clean and thorough.

We had many estimates and job explanations on what to do to resolve the problem, we chose Mr. Wasters because his wasn't the cheapest but his explanantion of the needed "fix" seemed the most rationale and he was dead on, we haven't had a water problem since!

The cost was +$14000,00 for a 24 x 30 foot basement. A 10" section of cement along the periphery was dug out and removed, drain tile was installed and connected to a sump pump. The walls were covered with a plastic microbe/mold resistant rigid plastic in the pantry and laundry and heavy black plastic sheeting where we intended to place walls. I do not anticipate a problem with the work and would not hesitate to call them again.

They did a really nice job. They were very professional. They cleaned up every little bit. I think I paid above what I could have but it was well worth it. After they worked at the house, they called to ask how I felt about the job they did.

It was excellent; it turned out very good. They were very personable. They did call afterwards to make sure that things were cleaned up and that we were satisfied and happy with what they had done.

We were suffering from severe flooding everytime a big rainstorm hit and needed help big time. After Bob came out and gave us his estimate and plan of attack, I point blank asked him if he was sure his plan would fix it. He assured me it would. My wife and I had to think hard about spending that much money, but something about Bob told me I was dealing with a straight shooter. We had him do the work and haven't had any regrets ( or floods) since. For us, this was money well spent.

We didn't go with them because the price was high. They showed up on time and they were professional.

Long and short if money is not an issue and personality is then Bob is your guy!!

He was on time for the estimate, explained everything that needed doing. Was on time for the job, was there as scheduled, completed the job as scheduled and cleaned up the area after completion of the job!
