Mike was so amazing! He came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part we needed. He had the repair done the next day! It is working great now! He was fast , dependable and very professional. I am sad to say those qualities are hard to find. We will most definitely call him again when we need help.

Unfortunately he was unable to perform the needed repair as the washer was declared a total loss. It would cost almost as much to buy a new one. The professional fully explained what happened and how to avoid similar problems in the future. Mike shared a lot of practical knowledge and I would recommend him without reservation.

Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a clogged drain in our refrigerator and at first, he didn't think he was going to be able to move the refrigerator. But, he was persistent and finally was able to unclog complete the drain the job! Would definitely use him again!
