Shed was ordered in July. we were told it would take 6-8 weeks. Shed was delivered in January. Installers incredibly stupid. Don't ever use this company

Adam told my husband it would take 6 weeks. He said worst case it would be 8 weeks. They did not include the approx date of completion on our contract so I went back to have them add it in. They clearly wrote 6-8 weeks. Once deposit was applied Adam became extinct and unavailable. June 12, 2012 I called Wood Kingdom and asked about the progress of my shed and the man seemed confused and said give it a few more weeks and hung up on me. June 28, 2012 ...this marks 8 weeks. I called Wood Kingdom on June 29, 2012 and asked, "how long does it take to order a shed?" The girl said, "6-8 weeks". I said, "that's perfect - I'd like to schedule a delivery date for my shed that I ordered 8 weeks ago." She was clearly surprised at my request and said my shed is not in from manufacturer yet. I asked why if it only takes 8 weeks and she said they are backed up. I asked her, "why are you still telling people 6-8 weeks and not longer if they are backed up? I asked to speak to Adam who was not available. inally Adam did call me back and said he called the manufacturer to put a rush on the shed. June 30, 2012 I spoke to Adam to see how much longer till the shed is expected to be in. He said he was exprecting the call from the manfacturer within the hour and he expects at least one more week. July 5, 2012 Adam again is not available I told the girl that answered phone that if Adam does not call me back I will submit complaint forms to consumer affairs. He immediatly called me back. He said, "he spoke with manufacturers and my shed is on next weeks delivery". I told him, "if it's not in by next week I will submit forms". He said, "the amish are backed up and it's a big shed so it's taking longer". I asked him why he isn't telling people the truth when they are placing orders" (this point they were still telling people 6-8 weeks when u called the office). I explained again to adam that my pool is left in unsafe conditions and I need my shed. They wanted to cancel the order once I threatened consumer affairs, but I wanted for the shed I ordered. Adam again said ie is putting a rush on it. July12, 2012 Today makes 10 weeks, still no shed and no phone calls. July 14, 2012 I called Wood kingdom and spoke with Adam who said Frank will call me back. I got no call and decided to make an appearance at their location. There was Frank behind the desk handeling another customer that ordered his shed in MArch and still no delivery...just a run around from Adam and Frank, promising him next week, next week, next week. I screamed and yelled and they took $500.00 my balance and said shed will be in by next saturday and installed that day. He now wrote on my contract that he wants to be paid COD. When we originally agreed all payments were to be made by credit. July 19, 2012 Adam called to verify with me that shed will be installed on July 28, 2012. July 23, 2012 I got a call from a girl at wood kingdom saying that shed will be 2 more weeks. I said, "check with Adam becasue he just said it will be here this Saturday". SHe placed me on hold and said there was an errror. Adam said Saturday is still a go. July 26, 2012 I called Frank and Adam and no one called me back as they promised. I left them a voice mail sayinig. "normally no news is good news, but not the case with them". Frank still never called me and Adam happened to answer office phone when I called who said the shed will be installed on August 4th. July 27, 2012 I am now filing a complaint with Angie's list, Consumer Affairs, and News Channel 12
