We want to thank Calvin and his team for doing an amazing job replacing our deck. The new deck came out great. They came out right away for an estimate and started and completed the work in the timeframe they said. The Precision team was professional and cleaned up after each day of work. They also remodeled our front stoop and fixed pavers on the walkway in the backyard that needed repair. Whenever I called Calvin he was very responsive. Always picking up the phone when I called and returning phone calls promptly. We would definitely recommend Calvin and his team. D.P. & K.P.

Although the project was completed satisfactorily , the cost indicated in the proposal was not honored, with total cost being $1900. Only after the gutters were removed, was I told that it would cost an additional $500 to replace ?all? fascia; so ?under the gun?, I told Calvin that I would pay the extra amount, even though the cost of additional fascia wood was approximately $160. The original proposal stated all gutters would be removed, new fascia installed, original gutters reinstalled along with new ?drip edge? for $1400. The owner Calvin, became quite angry when I told him that I was led to believe by his brother Tom and reading proposal that all fascia, which was rotted and the reason why gutters had to be removed would be replaced. Bottom line, make sure before agreeing to have them start work that all labor and materials covered under contract are fully detailed and explained.

I needed my roof to be repaired. Calvin was a pleasure to talk to he explained everything simply and to the point when he assessed what needed to be done. They started immediately and repaired the roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair ore new roof. They are very knowledgeable and can show you pictures of the area's of concern.

Would highly recommend precision home, had a leak on my roof came over inspected it told us what needed to be done took pictures and cleaned up everything. Thank you.

Calvin went above and beyond. Took great care of my roof and added the necessary caps for ventilation. He also added a vent for my bathroom fan. This was long overdue and such a big help. Incredibly professional and absolutely helpful.

Do not hire this company, at first they give you a low price, but once they start everything becomes more involved and they start asking for much more money to complete the job. Very unprofessional.
