PLUM PERFECT POOLS Plum Perfect Pools

Bought an automatic pool cleaner from them. The cord was so short it could only do 1/2 my pool and when i complained they would not refund our money, or change out the machine for one that would work properly on my pool. Were very unprofessional when my husband said "Your done" meaning they would no longer be our pool maintenance co., they accused him of threatening to kill them. So ridiculous. Would not recommend at all as they don't stand by their work.

She asked me if I would like to pay now or when they came. I opted to pay them onsite since I never used them before. On day of service I called store at 9 but it was closed, called again at 11am and was told they were coming between 5-8pm. I told her that was not the time of my original appointment but it is what it is and we will be here. It just so happened I had plans that evening but I was sick with a fever. My mother was also home the entire day. I needed to pick up an antibiotic at pharmacy but never did because we were afraid we would miss the pool guy. They never showed up so i called the store the next day and the girl told me they came over at 6:15pm and we weren't home. Both me and my mother were home waiting. I told her either he was at the wrong house or he's lying. She explained to me that he was the owner and he wouldn't lie and that she wasn't sure if they could come within the next two weeks. I told the girl that this is horrible service and that I would like the owner to call me and that I was gonna file a complaint if he didn't. He called me several hours later saying he didn't appreciate me threatening his girl at the store. He insisted he came to my house and left a service ticket, and described my house completely wrong. Maybe he went to the wrong house, (there was no service ticket left at my house) but instead of being apologetic he was nasty to me. Not once did he apologize for inconveniencing me or my mother. He did say he may be able to come within a few days and we will see then if he was at the wrong house. Why would I risk staying home an entire day again, I told him don't bother. He said he has plenty of business and doesn't need mine. I said apparently you do, because the way you treat your customers. This owner clearly doesn't value his client's time. Instead of apologizing for me and my mother wasting the entire day waiting for him to come, I was giving attitude. And if he did show up at some house and no one was opening the door why wouldn't he call my house?? I find it hard to believe he went to the wrong house with today's technology and he certainly wasn't at my house.
