Have only had service for 2 weeks but so far prompt and efficient

They came to the house the min they said they would. Very professional and very polite. I told them i didnt want my grass cut every week so they agreed to biweekly. They werr awesome.

We hired Modern Landscaping through HomeAdvisor and so far we are happy with their services. The communication between us and the customer service is good, we received call backs every time we needed to speak with them. Great Landscaping business, we would recommend them to our friends.

I asked for a thatching, spring cleanup & fertilizing front & back. Then seeding in the front. They went about & beyond. They also plugged the front lawn & laid topsoil in the bare areas. They also turned up the front gardens. This was all done for the original price. It is nice to deal with a person who is very professional & does quality work.

I called for an estimate and there was one in my mailbox by the time I came home from work. I decided to call even though it was after 7pm expecting an answering machine, when Chris picked up the phone for me to tell him I accepted his proposal. Rates are excellent and the next day they came an did an excellent spring cleanup. They actually moved planters and cleaned behind them. Very impressive - I called my daughter to telll her to call for an estimate I am sure she will like their services also.

They came immediately to give an estimate. Their price for weekly service was very reasonable. My lawn looks great.

My lawn repair was to include an aeration, lime, power seed and topsoil overlay. What I received was 7 yards of glass, pebbles and plastic pieces that I am still raking up 7 months later. I have already raked up the lawn three times prior to the winter snow and now I must continue the process! Furthermore, the power seeding I was promised, turned out to be a push dispenser the same as I own in my own shed! I am very unhappy with the work. This job gave me more work with the cleanup than doing the original job myself.
