+ -1 moreMike, owner and skilled craftsman, was highly recommended from Alita Tile in Bohemia. He is licensed and insured. After interviewing other contractors, we selected Mike Markland since it was immediately evident he is driven by an outstanding work ethic and is fueled by a job well done. He is extremely trustworthy, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with. He works efficiently, neatly and welcomed any questions we had at any time. It was an absolutely thrilling to see how much he accomplished each day and how perfectly everything was completed. We shared with him a few inspiration pictures which he brought to reality in our bathroom. In short, from start to finish, our contractor delivered superior workmanship!!!!
Description of Work: As part of a complete bathroom remodel, our contractor installed floor to ceiling tile (glass subway tile) along with floor tile; converted bathtub to walk-in shower which included upgrading to high end plumbing hardware and fixtures; installed vanity/lighting/commode; designed/constructed a much needed linen closet; repaired pre-existing plumbing issues; replaced standard swinging/hinged door to a much more space saving and graceful pocket door.

+ 0 moreI was fairly happy with the work Markland Precision Tile did. It took way too long though and I didn't enjoy having to have him come back to redo the sockets. The workers were professional and courteous and they did come back when I called them.
Description of Work: Markland Precision Tile did a complete bathroom remodeling job in our 8' x10' bathroom. They took out the vanity and sink and installed new ones. They also installed a new shower/tub, stool and a new ceramic tile floor. The tile was put on top of the old floor. It took at least 3 months to complete. They also had to come back and redo the electrical sockets because the new vanity covered up the old ones.
