+ -1 moreI think a company should stand behind their work even years later and perform warranty repairs on appliances installed.
Description of Work: They had originally installed a new furnace and hot water heater in the summer of 2002. The hot water heater started leaking, a service man came and confirmed it needed replacement. The Weil McClain was under warranty and the replacement service was estimated at 325$, which seems reasonable. They were supposed to come today but then we got a call half an hour before the scheduled appointment that they couldn't get the replacement water heater today and that the service would have to be rescheduled two days later. My wife got upset with them and then they refused to perform the service altogether. I had already the impression from the beginning that they didn't want to perform the service, since we don't use them for our regular oil deliveries any more.

+ -1 moreServicemen showed up late, towards the end of the morning appointment time-frame. Tank installation went smoothly. However, serviceman had to return a few days later to tighten fitting of the return fuel line because it had a minor leak that left a noticeable fuel oil smell in the burner room.
Description of Work: Install new 275 gallon home heating oil tank above ground.
