FRANK SAVINS PLUMBING & HEATING CORP

I had a schedule for a routine yearly tuneup last week that they cancel because a major snow storm was coming, That was OK with me, no problem, burner was running just fine. We set another appointment for the following week between 8am and noon. I was home the whole day and did not receive a call nor did Frank come to my house. I did realized that it was cold outside and most likely Frank was stuck at no heat colds, again I understood that, but they failed to call me to let me know. Again, OK, since i had heat and this was just a yearly cleaning. Then at 8pm, I decided to call them, and to reschedule. When I called, very unprofessional the office manager, which happens to be his wife, just answers and quot;helloand quot; (he works from his home). I told her we had an appointment today and Frank did not show up and was ready to say I wanted to reschedule, but she interrupted me. Rather then saying, and quot;oh I'm sorry, we were overwhelmed with no heat colds, etcand quot;, she asked me if I was waiting all day, I replied and quot;yesand quot;, and then she yells and calls me stupid for knowing it was cold outside, and should have known better that they were very busy with no heat colds, and I should not have waited home all day for them. Very Very Insulting of her. I have never dealt with a business that is so extremely rude, mean and unprofessional in my entire life. IN Conclusion: Good Average work when he showed up last year, but just rotten and nasty customer service!!

He screens his calls and his wife keeps making excuses. I have not received any contact back from him.

The customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced in my life. As good as the actual work is, you do not want to talk to their office. The office manager is so rude that you feel like you'd rather be without A/C and heat for the rest of your life than deal with her. She calls and yells at you and tells you you are not a priority for this or another reason, she forgets to call if the appointment is cancelled and never apologizes, she lectures you for being annoying and taking her away from her other important business, and she would not let you talk to the business owner because apparently she doesn't want them to know what you think. So you are stuck dealing with her and it's pure nightmare. She never apologises for anything. And I gave the quality of work an A, and it is true, I have absolutely no problem and very impressed with the quality of actual work, but because the business is managed by this totally unprofessional ridiculously rude person, I am not sure how many customers they would turn off an how soon.

I think he's pretty good! He's also done some plumbing work for us. We've used him for over 10 years, and I would continue to do so.

I LOVE THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THINGS, THEY JUST COME IN, DO THE JOB, TELL ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, AND LEAVE THE BILL. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO FIND IT SO EASY TO SET AN APPOINTMENT THAT FITS MY SCHEDULE.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN RESPONDING TO OUR CALL AND NEEDS. HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE JOB AT OUR CONVENIENCE. HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM OUR NEIGHBORS.
