Everything went super. Lance responded by e-mail to my first inquiry about an estimate within minutes stating that he would call me about the details the following day. He called me the next day to give the estimate as promised. I agreed to the price and told him that there may be additional items added but it did not affect the original quote by much. He asked my availability and I told him what time worked for me. He seemed to accomodate his schedule to suit me as he had prior appointments but agreed to fit me in at the end of the day. He told me that he would call my cellphone prior to arriving so I would not have to sit around waiting for him to show. He called me as promised and even was able to come ahead of the original time which was great for me. They came in, quickly assessed what had to be hauled to their trailer and got to work. Items were carefully carried up the cellar stairs, avoiding wall damage. One large sofa and 2 upholstered chairs were carefully removed as well from the first floor of the house, avoiding other lamps and furniture that were near them. Thumbs up to his crew members as well. They were courteous and polite and extremely cautious about where they stepped and what they carried to avoid damaging things. In summary, I would definitely recommend Lance to people that want a reasonable and easy way to eliminate the stuff in their house that accumulated over the years. This was so much easier than paying for a dumpster and hauling the items out by ourselves.I've already spread the word about Lance to my co-workers! It was nice doing business with such a nice company!

Called before he came and was very good about removing the television. Twenty minutes for $80???

These guys did a fabulous job. I can't be happier. My junk is gone, my house is clean, and everything went perfectly. Highly recommend Lance and the guys!!

Lance and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning out 40+ years of accumulation in my parents home. My parents basically never threw anything away. In the basement it was impossible to see the concrete walls! The total clock time between the Thursday & Friday clean out was approximately 10 hours. I was assured by Lance that he would only need 1.5 days - he beat that by 2 hours! Lance was a pleasure to work with both before while scheduling the job, and especially during the job. He introduced me to his crew and they were extremely helpful - telling me not to lift anything that I was saving. That they would move those items to a "designated save area". All of his crew were courteous, and efficient thru out the clean out process. It was obvious he knew how to minimize the number of loads (hence reduce overall costs) as well as organize the clean up so that it was efficient (hence beating his initial time estimate). When they were done all rooms including basement and garage were broom swept clean and I was truly left with bare walls ready for painting and rug/linoleum replacement work. We had a total of 3 quotes for this job. The first was a part-time "junk guy" that would use day laborers and stated he would need over a week to complete the job and would require payment at the end of every day. That quote was about $1,000 more than Lance's quote. The other quote came from a company that is full time and only does house clean outs. That quote was more than double Lance's quote! If you need a whole house cleaned out, your basement cleared, or a single room cleaned out - Lance is unequivocally your best and cheapest bet.

Very well, Lance & his team are always prompt & get the job done with no problems. I like the quick response & service, especially with short notice I tend to give them.

Lance arrived on time, service man was extremely polite and we got excellent service and were totally professional. They were in and out in less than an hour and filled their truck.

Everything went very well. Lance arrived with a crew who was very pleasant and professional. The entire job was completed and cleaned up in very short orders.

His crew also helped us move the donation items to the garage, which was above and beyond the call of duty! Lance was a great leader, with a great personality, and was a really nice man. I hired Lance after reading reviews online. He was friendly and very accommodating on giving me an estimate. He was right on time for the estimate. He gave me all the prices up front (wet paint vs dry paint, taking down a large wooden swingset, basket ball stand and hoop, computer equipment extra costs, etc.). On the day he gave me the estimate, we were still packing and he knew we would add to the pile, so he gave me a range of what it would cost as I added to the pile. He told me I could leave the "junk" where ever it was in the home and they would come through and get it. He was once again very accommodating and professional when it came to scheduling around the movers. His staff were all very polite and helpful. Lance was on site and working too on the day of the removal. It took them about a half hour to get all of the piles of junk throughout the house, basement and lawn. He was right in the middle of the range of cost he had indicated. I was extremely pleased. They even swept up where the piles of junk were and in my driveway around their hauling truck!

I called Lance Wednesday and he came the next morning. They removed all the wood, bricks and wire fencing. They were efficient, friendly, and hard workers . They cleaned up after they were done and went the extra mile and did extra work with my brush pile which wasn't part of the deal. Terrific job, I couldn't of been happier. I would recommend Lance to anyone who needs hauling and he is very reasonably priced. I would definitely use they again for anything I need removed

They were very fast and punctual. The end result was a miracle. They were very conscientious about keeping the few items I needed. They had to remove and reinstall a banister to make room and they did it quickly I would definitely use them again/
