Description of Work: Removed very large water filtering system, exercise equipment and other bulky items and cleaned up the areas that needed it. The removal was carried out very quickly and efficiently. Lance and his crew are very professional, polite and cheerful. The estimate amount given over the phone was on target and very reasonable. They had overlooked one item and when I called Lance on his cell phone he turned right around and came back for it. I would definitely use Lance's service again and highly recommend him.

Description of Work: These guys are great. I had bought some stone and needed help moving it. I had started to move it myself but decided it would take too long. I called Lance based on his reviews on Angie's list. I called him at 6:00 on a Saturday and he had someone to help me at 8:00 Sunday morning. He was very professional and even followed up to make sure everything went well. I will defiantly be using them again.

Description of Work: Lance did a complete cleanout of the basement area, gave an estimate which I thought was low so I went with Lance. Final price was right on. Lance was there when he said he would be, brought the extra man and finished the job on time. I wish I kept the pictures great job and would do business with him again

 + 0 moreIt could not have gone better. Lance and his associates were terrific. They had to clean out my 1st and 2nd floors, then down to the cellar and then the garage. Polite and willing to haul anything else I forgot to tell him.
