Both installers were prompt, professional and did a neat installation. The company said installation would take two days and they were exact. We would highly recommend this company for future services. It is very high quality work.

I explained to this company that they needed to show up when stated as I was traveling an hour or so to meet them at the location, there was no heat in the place and no phone service. I was advised they would be there between 2 and 4. They did not show. We had to drive to where there was cell service to find out whether they were coming. We were advised that there was an emergency and they were running late (this emergency was apparently more important than keeping us in a residence without heat or any way to get in touch with them. I was told they would be there by 6. 6 0'clock came and went and they still didn't show. I received no explanation and no apology. I went with another company that DID show up when they said they would, even though they also had an emergency.

We were new customers last year for both propane and fuel oil. Great people to talk with, work and employees were professional and courteous.

As a 30 plus year customer, I have requested twice to have the fee of $128 returned to me that was kept from my budget plan account for your company to take back the small propane tank that was in,y used for cooking. I have an overpayment of over $500 in my account, of which your company was able to use or accrue credit on. Other companies do do charge people who have been customers for 3 years yet Bove charged a 30 year customer? Also, bove does not update their tanks once installed. As far as estimate for replacing a furnace and central air unit, the company was $2,000 higher than 2 other companies. And, other companies provided a written estimate the same day or the next. Nice took several days which included me going there to find out where it was!

BOVE Fuels did a great job. They performed a very thorough cleaning.

As a new home buyer in the area, I contacted 5 propane suppliers for quotes on service. Prices were all over the place. G.A. Bove had the best price. They also were very professional and thorough wihen they completed their initial home inspection. Recent auto-delivery tank refill handled smoothly.

They eventually fixed it, but had to come out 3 times. All of their techs were professional, but some more capable than others.

They are very prompt, you call in and you place your order for the LP and they respond very quickly, they were very prompt, the driver is always very friendly and we get what we need, it’s great, no issues at all.

That was good. They are local and they have a good reputation. They are priced fairly.

We were just getting prices for the season and Bove was the cheapest.We also had them put in a 100gal tank for an addition we were doing.Came when they said they would .Everything working good

You do need to check the heating fuel level, just in case you may need a delivery prior to schedule. This has happened in very cold winters. I have run out of propane due to extra holiday cooking. Delivery was made ASAP that day.

Installer was quick and professional and they followed all of my instructions. The company as a whole has been extremely accommodating and helpful. I am switching from another propane provider and dealing with Bove has been a refreshing change. Because I ended up doing a budget contract for this year with them, they took all install fees out of my budget billing plan and did not charge for the tanks. I was only charged labor, parts for the tubing, and for the initial gas delivery.
