Description of Work: Roofs were completed but contractor did not come back to finish and/or correct things as promised. I waited long enough. When he did show to inspect, it was when I was not here and never followed up with me verbally. Very disappointed since he came highly recommended by a neighbor. You know the saying, "If it appears too good to be true, it is." He has broken my trust.

 + -1 moreHe was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. His concern was my satisfaction with the work performed. He was prompt and told me exactly how long the job would take and stuck to the timeframe. He was here everyday with his men. I was very comfortable with Mike and have not met a contractor like him before---- always smiling! Nothing seemed to be a problem with him.
Description of Work: Mike West replaced 3 roofs (house, garage and shed) due to hail damage from our storm on July 8. Work included replacing fascia that was also damaged.
