We have had Sam do multiple installs and repairs. He always communicates promptly and pricing is very fair.

Sam is very knowledgeable on roofing and accommodating to special needs. He listened to the issues that I had with my current roof and after a through inspection offered good solutions. His quote was very reasonable. Although I couldnâ t schedule the work immediately, waited patiently until I was ready. His crew was professional, efficient, and did great work. I needed some cap replaced on my roof, and obtained 3 quotes from local contractors. Samuel gave me the lowest quote ($135 less than the highest quote, $55 less than the middle quote), and it appears that he did a quality job. He was very dependable and polite, and I will call him again when I need additional work done.
