 + -1 moreWe had been having leaking problems. The first roofer I had come out charges $250 and said it was fixed. It was NOT. And I could not get the roofer to come back. I had an old phone number for David and finally found him through Angies List (thank you, Angie). It turned out that the problem was far larger than a little leak around the chimney. It took David a day and a half to tear up part of the roof, replace dry rot plywood and replace the shingles. I can now paint the living room. David works alone, keeps his work site clean, arrives when he says he will and is a real gentleman. I told him that if he ever changes his phone # again, he's to tell me.

 + -1 moreThey have taken a long time to getting to return my call. He did show up on time and did a pretty decent job. I also asked for an estimate on a roof and he never came back and gave me that. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: I used Downs Roofing. They did flashing on the roof around the chimneys.
