+ -1 moreAndy was very professional and polite. he needed to reschedule our original appointment and did so. He allowed plenty of time to enable me to adjust my schedule to his preferred date. My six-year-old was acting up during his visit and he was very understanding of my predicament explaining that he had kids of his own who sometimes interfere when he's conducting business. He was very prompt getting back to me with a detailed estimate. I have not chosen a mason to do the job yet but I'm pleased with my Experience with Andy of Touchstone Designs so far.
Description of Work: He came to my house to prepare an estimate of the cost to replace front steps and create a walkway.

+ 0 moreWe scheduled an appointment and he never showed up. He said he would give me a quote and I never received one. He has been unresponsive for the past couple of months.

+ -1 moreask for his work experience, let him tell you what he has completed. Ask about a warranty.
Description of Work: outdoor staircase was damaged. bricks missing, railing coming off. He rebuilt the staircase and re-enforced the railing. You could not tell the bricks had been replaced, the color matched perfect. The railing was repaired and is now secure. The area was spotless when he left. It took him 1 and a half days to do the job. Very nice and went right to work after arriving.

+ 0 moreIt was complete job. He took the old one down hauled it away and rebuilt a new one. I would highly recommend him. He showed up when he said he would. Completed the job within the estimate. Also he was competent, friendly and easy to contact.
