+ -1 moreI had an appointment for an estimate and they never showed up. I made another appointment for a week later and they showed up 3 hours later. He said he would first deliver the estimate within 4-5 days, 3-4 weeks passed and I received nothing. I was calling during that time and he said he was having problems with his phone. Then he said he would send the estimate. That was 2 weeks ago and still hadn't received it I made 5 other calls and finally got him to answer again he admitted to forgetting again and would drop it in the mail.

+ -1 moreThe repair man replaced the springs and reconditioned the garage door. He did an excellent job. The door opens very smoothly now. The garage door was of a discontinued brand. Nonetheless, Titan found the perfect replacement springs and installed them very well.
