GNS Mermaid Water Systems is a very reputable company that does exactly what they say they are going to do. The owner himself came to our home and explained all of the services they provide and the benefits and costs. Although they also will install both a whole house filtration system and a water softener system, we chose to go with only the drinking water system, at least at the time. An appointment day and time was set and two men arrived promptly at the appointed time. They knew exactly what to do and how to take into account all the minor idiosyncrasies of our basement. They did exactly what we had been told would be done, and they did it to perfection. The system has worked perfectly for these past six months, and we just received a postcard in the mail from them reminding us that it is time for us to call and set up a time for them to come out and replace the filter that needs to be replaced every six months. The water tastes great and is crystal clear. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing any water improvement system in their home.
