It went really well, despite the building having unseen problems that needed extra work. The demolition was done without disruption to the main st location & the he painstakingly took down 100+ yr old tin ceiling tiles from both ceilings of the 2 floor space and carefully recreated a new tin ceiling on the first floor space... This was not our first time working with this company. but chose him for this project because of prior good experiences with his work.

Great experience. Contractor listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. From the first meeting where he asked me detailed questions about my choices and offered several options for resolving some of the challenges. Gave an honest assessment of other things that would come up along the way (and they all did, like issues with my foundation). Throughout the job he educated me on different options and was patient with my decision making process. He treated my home with great care and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the job.
