The service and professionalism are the best. Rick, the owner, was so patient as I tried to decide what carpets to pick and allowed me to take several samples home more than once. He was very helpful. The installers were efficient and took pride in their work and both jobs came out very well. Dealing with a business that has existed for years and continues to be successful happens due to the hard work and customer satisfaction they take pride in. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace flooring.

Before anything was paid or ordered I spoke with the owner, Rick about how the stair runner would be installed. I explained that I wanted it to look professional with a diagonal seem across the landing (like trim molding). Rick told me that was something that the installer would need to know and he would take care of it. On the day of installation they left the job unfinished because the didn't order enough runner to install it they way I requested. They told us that they needed to order more and they would call us to come back. After a week I called Rick, he was nasty and said he knew nothing about the issue (a lie he later admitted to). Rick blamed me for not ordering enough rug even though he personally came and measured my stairs with his son. He told me to stop being "cheap" and pay $200 for the additional 3 feet of runner with minimum cut fees and additional shipping. The extra 3 feet would have only cost $75 if he order it right the first time. I told him that I didn't know why he was treating me this way after my family had used him on several occasions. He then hung up on me and never tried to rectify the situation. **If you use them-get everything in writing!!!! every detail they are expected to do must be written on that invoice or they will claim you never said it!!

From the moment I walked into their store I knew they were the right company for me. Rick patiently reviewed sample after sample with me until I found my favorite book of colors that matched both the look I was going for and my budget. He was a wealth of knowledge on the pros and cons of each style but at no point tried to pursued my decision or talk me into spending more money. Rick Sr himself came and did my room measurements and they were in and out in 15 minutes! My installation was scheduled promptly and Rick with two helpers showed up on time and did all three rooms in two and a half hours! Everyone at Hansen's is so friendly and accommodating you feel like you're the only job they have going on. I received personal attention that only a family business provides. I highly recommend Hansen's and will be having them back to do the rest of my flooring.

The 2 carpet installers arrived and went right to work. They worked quietly and quickly. They were very neat and during the time of installation one cleaned and removed old carpet while the other worked on the new carpet. When all the carpet had been installed the men vacuumed the new carpet, removed all the remaining old carpet and pad, placed my furniture bad and replaced doors that had to be taken down during the installation.

They were very convenient and they did a good job. They are fair priced, on time, clean and reliable.

I THINK THE PRICE IS FAIRLY REASONABLE. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP AND CAME OUT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COMPANY OR THE WORKERS.

THE INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. HE WAS EFFICIENT, HARDWORKING AND PROMPT. THE QUALITY OF CARPET WAS GOOD AND THE COLOR MATCH EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT.

I AM REAL UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS, BUT AFTER THE FATHER PASSED ON THE SON TOOK OVER AND HE DOES NOT GIVE THE SAME QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT ONCE WAS. I FEEL CHEATED AND USED BY THE WHOLE ORDEAL.
