I got a "cold call" about replacing my roof. At first I was turned off by the implication that I had called them first. But I really did need a roof, so I agreed to let them come to give me an estimate. I was very pleased with the presentation. Everything was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. I was glad that Shawn didn't assume that because I am a woman I couldn't understand the process. The estimate that he gave me was too expensive for me as he was qouting a price for the top of the line shingles. When I told him that I saw a deal from another contractor advertised, he recalculated the job to match what had been advertised and agreed to charge the same price. I was so impressed that I gave him the job without even getting any other estimates. It took less than a week to schedule the job. All of the workers were top notch. After the old roof was removed, Shawn came to tell me that the plywood under the shingles was rotting and he suggested replacing it. When he saw I was unhappy with the added expense, he told me that he would use the old wood, but warned that it might negate the manufacturer's warrenty. I agreed to change the plywood and I'm glad I did.The workmanship was excellent. It was clear that all of the workers were expert at what they were doing. The roof looked great and the debris was totally cleaned up. I also had my rear stoop replaced as it had totally broken away from the house. It took two men working all day and into the night to create a brick and bluestone stoop that looks like a masterpeice. These men took great pride in the job they were doing. They even went out after they finished and bought a tarp to put over the stoop becuase it was going to rain that night. Even though I had already paid the balance of the bill, they came back two days later to put the finishing touches on the job. All in all, I was most impressed with the skill and professionalism of everyone involved in this job. Although I ended up spending more than I had planned to, it was worth it. I would definitely use them again for other work and recommend them to other people.

Overall, things went well, but we did find one or two nails lying around afterwards. The supervisor in charge promised us a few things at no extra cost before we signed for the job (like new gutters, and then covers for the existing gutters once he decided we didn't need new gutters), and then back-tracked later and tried to charge us for covering the gutters (which we decided not to do once we found out we were going to be charged, and how much it would cost). I also wish the supervisor in charge of the job had spent less time "schmoozing" with my mother and more time out on the roof overseeing the work.

They fixed the roof and it doesn t leak any more. They did a thorough job and cleaned up well after themselves. They were very prompt, they came back almost immediately after I called them. It was very cold outside but they worked in the cold for me. I'm very pleased with them.

PRO LINE CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY ROOF. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ONE PROBLEM WITH THE ROOF SINCE IT WAS PUT ON. IT LOOKS GOOD AND WAS DONE WELL.

THE WORK THAT WAS DONE BY PRO LINE CONSTRUCTION AND ROOFING WAS VERY GOOD. THEY MADE SURE NOT TO MAKE A BIG MESS IN MY YARD. THERE APPEARS TO BE NO LEAKS AS IT STORMED THE NEXT DAY AND I SAW NO WATER. I THINK THEY ARE A EXCELLENT COMPANY.
