Description of Work: They were very professional and explained the procedure and what to expect from the results. They moved my furniture, steam cleaned under it and then put it all back on styrofoam casters so that air could circulate underneath and the carpets could dry. I had an area that had cat stains and they offered a disinfectant but did not pressure me at all. I plan on using them again.
