+ -1 moreWE GET OUR CHIMNEY CLEANED TWICE A YEAR. ONCE BEFORE THE WINTER SEASON AND ONCE AFTER THE WINTER. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR AROUND FIVE YEARS AND NEVER ONCE HAD ANY COMPLAINTS.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY CHIMNEY.

+ -1 moreTHE INSPECTION INCLUDED EVERYTHING, THE LINER, THE TOPPER, THE FLUE, AS WELL AS THE EXTERIOR SURFACES AND FLASHING. KNOWING THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO COVER ALL THE DETAILS, I FEEL SECURE WHEN I TURN ON THE HEAT.
Description of Work: THE CHIMNEY WAS CLEANED, AND THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE CHIMNEY WAS INSPECTED FOR REPAIR ISSUES.

+ -1 moreAFTER THE CHIMNEY HAD BEEN CLEANED, A THOROUGH INSPECTION WAS MADE OF BOTH THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE CHIMNEY. THEY DID NOT PUSH ME ABOUT THE REPAIR ISSUES, BUT EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS.
Description of Work: THE CHIMNEY WAS INSPECTED FOR REPAIR NEEDS AFTER IT HAD BEEN CLEANED.
