Excellent contractor. He works with you. Explains everything he will be doing step by step. Shows you materials he would be using. He extended his services by checking the rest my roof and sending me pictures of it s condition and gave me suggestions on what should be done next.

Albert called back within SECONDS of me looking for a recommendation from Home Advisor. This was the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. He said he would be over within the hour and, true to his word, he was. He sized up the issue (loose vinyl siding at the peak of the house, which had come free in the high winds of Thanksgiving day, and was flapping in the wind. He made a very fair offer, was open to some haggling, and we agree upon a price. He did the work quite well and the siding is now secure and looks fine, too. Albert is personable, friendly and especially competent. I would recommend him without hesitation.

As soon as we met Albert, we knew he was the man for the job. Courteous, only cares about our schedule and how he could fit in it, as opposed to us fitting in his. Nice guy. Literally came the next day on time, was quick and efficient. Took picture of all his work. Took about 90 minutes to clean all the gutters and place all new screens. Albert, the ALB owner, was on site every day and he helped ensure the quality of the work done by his employees. The workers were careful and the workmanship was excellent. We have an older home and they installed a new copper gutter system that was a replica of the existing 110-year old copper gutter system. It looks great and it works perfectly.
