The job went fantastic from to start to finish with zero complaints . In August we sat down with Robert Stang who is the salesman for US Homes to discuss our plans for our complete kitchen gut and remodel and what we wanted when work was completed . Robert is a true professional and a great listener, his attention to detail and many great suggestions made the whole process very enjoyable and stress free. Robert promised to have us a full breakdown of this project by weeks end and without fail that timeline was met we could not have been happier. After receiving our remodel breakdown and final estimates we decided to add a few additional options originally not included in our design plans which Robert was quick to accommodate and our revised breakdown was in hand one day later. Our opinion is that you cant ask for more than that from any contractor which usually becomes a chase game which was definitely not the case with US Home Remodeling Corp. Once the job was started we worked directly with Joseph Fiore the project manager for US Home Remodeling . Joe is well seasoned for sure and a true pleasure to work with, his ability to coordinate all phases of the project from start to finish go unsurpassed . If you should have a concern or question about the project Joe is quick to make sure his team is on board with the homeowners request and that in the end total satisfaction is met. I personally am a perfectionist in everything I do and I can honestly say that all phases of the work done were top notch there are no cutting corners with this group. I personally enjoyed working with Joe he made it his mission to make sure that we were pleased with all phases of the job and any requests made along the way were met with the response no problem which is exactly a homeowner wants to hear. Bonus , if you have any pets they will quickly take to Steven Politano and will want to spend every minute of the day in his presence . Steven is a true craftsman who did all of our tile and backsplash work among other detailed carpentry. His work is second to none and we are convinced that out two dogs are now professional tile and grout masters. At the end of each day the US Homes team would leave our house spotless all trash was removed and the floors and house was left spotless. Bottom line we would recommend US Home Remodeling Corp to anyone looking for great work from beginning to end and more than fair project cost . Final note US Home Remodeling Corp also did our up stair bathroom a year earlier and we also experienced the same results we were more than pleased with the work

We were very, very hesitant to use a contractor since our recent disaster with another contractor who didn't do what he was supposed to do in another part of the house. He often didn't show up even though we were waiting, did shoddy work, left a mess, etc. However, we did want to make our basement comfortable and cozy so we gave it a shot with US Home Remodelers. We can't use enough superlatives to describe this company--superlative, excellent, courteous, trustworthy, patient, highly skilled, attention to detail, etc. What a difference from the previous company!! First we met Bob, a very low key fellow who listened to what we wanted and gave us a fair price. He in no way put us under any pressure and we felt very comfortable with him. Then we met Joe, the site manager. He was so patient with us since we wanted so many little details done to our liking. When we called or texted him, he responded very quickly and when the workers couldn't show up, which happened only once or twice, he would text me to let me know so we didn't have to wait around. Now the workers: Fantastic crew, every one of them. They always showed up on time, between 8 and 8:30 every day! (except weekends of course). They all did a great job and some even did some extra things for us that were not in the contract, such as put up a mica lined shelf, polyurethaned a door, and caulked in the bathroom so the water wouldn't leak out. They were always pleasant and worked very hard. Best of all, every one of them CLEANED UP before they left. They had brought a heavy duty vacuum cleaner to use or they swept but, in spite of all the construction, the place was decent every day. This company is a breath of fresh air. We're not kidding. And we would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing work to be done in their home. A+ all the way! 364

We went to US Home Remodeling after Warren did a great job installing a new bathroom in our home. We were very satisfied with that job, so we decided to go with him again for the bigger job of finishing our basement. Our basement was all concrete and needed quite a bit of work to make it into a functional living space. We told Warren in early June that we needed the project done by Labor Day. He said no problem. We started off poorly. I gave Warren the first check on June 5, and found out 3 weeks later that no progress had been made on filing the permit to get started. While getting permits in my town can be challenging, Warren clearly took his time to get started and made excuses when we asked why. Once permits were submitted, they waited for some of their subcontractors to get their paperwork in to the village. There was another hold up that wasn?t Warren?s fault, just my picky village. Still, Warren?s guys did not start real work until the first week of August, two months after we gave him the first check. From there, communication with Warren was not good. We often wouldn?t know who would be in our house on any given day, nor would we know when inspections were happening. When we owed Warren a payment, he called and was over immediately to pick it up. When we wanted communication, he often wouldn?t return our calls until several days later. There was always an excuse, which often seemed valid, but we felt he could have delegated responsibilities to others in his company if he was unable to manage the job properly. In addition to poor communication, we were also very upset that we were the ones playing quality control on this project. Our new stairs were installed poorly and at a forward slant. We had to mention this, since no one else seemed to notice or care. Then they weren?t level with the landing and it were a tripping hazard. We had to complain about that too. At that point, one of Warren?s employees or partners took over the project manager role and everything got better. Joe communicated with us constantly and answered our texts, even well past business hours. We really appreciated all Joe did to finish this job correctly. Lastly, Warren?s original contract price was not correct. We ended up having to spend an extra $4500 on the project due to plumbing issues. We felt that Warren, as the expert, should have been savvy to needing these, as they were very visible once they were pointed out to us by the plumber. If he was unsure, he could have had his plumber come look at it before the contract was drawn up. The final project actually turned out well in the end, and we are happy with the final product. The project, minus final inspections, wasn?t done until mid-October. Final inspection wasn?t until November 20. This basement remodel was a huge headache of surprises, extra money, and poor communication. Before this project, we recommended Warren to all of our friends. We are thankful that all ended well, but we cannot recommend this company again.
Description of Work: Finished our concrete basement. Replaced old stairs. Created a laundry/boiler room, and closets. Added heat, moved some plumbing, added egress window.

OUR HEARTS GO OUT TO [Member Name Removed] AND HER FAMILY BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE RENOVATION OF HER BASEMENT PROGRESSED, BUT I FEEL COMPELLED TO RESPOND TO THE COURSE OF EVENTS THAT LEAD TO THE DELAY IN THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. WE RECEIVED A DEPOSIT AND A SIGNED CONTRACT ON JUNE 5TH. I ORDERED THE INSURANCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS AS PER THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, CONTACTED THE " MALVERNE LIST APPROVED" PLUMBER AND ELECTRICIAN TO SUBMIT THEIR PAPERWORK TO THE BUILDING DEPT. THAT TOOK ABOUT TWO WEEKS. TYPICALLY MALVERNE CAN APPROVE AN APPLICATION IN TWO WEEKS BUT THE SUPT. OF BUILDINGS RESIGNED AT THAT TIME WITH A BACK LOG OF APPLICATIONS, THE HOLIDAY, MALVERNE HIRING A NEW SUPT., WE DID NOT GET THE PERMIT TILL AUG 5TH, 2015. ON AUGUST 8TH, 2015, WE HAD MATERIAL DELIVERED TO THE JOB AND STARTED THE WORK AND RECEIVED OUR SECOND PAYMENT. WE HAVE CONTROL OVER SCHEDULING OF OUR STAFF, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE SAME INFLUENCE WITH THE LICENSED ELECTRICIAN AND PLUMBER. THEY ARE INDEPENDENT, AND MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RETURN TO THE JOB AS EXPEDITIOUSLY AS WE WOULD SEND OUR MEN. OUR SCOPE OF WORK IN THIS 80 YEAR HOME, WAS TO FINISH THE BASEMENT INCLUDING THE LIGHTING AND MOVING THE WASHER AND DRYER INTO THE BOILER ROOM AREA. HOWEVER AFTER THE PLUMBING INSPECTION OF THE ROUGHING FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS DONE BY THE TOWN, THE MALVERNE PLUMBING INSPECTOR TOLD THE HOME OWNER THAT MUCH OF THE PLUMBING IN THE BASEMENT WAS NO LONGER TO CODE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE JOB WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR TWO WEEKS SO [Member Name Removed] COULD GET ANOTHER ESTIMATE OR TWO FROM PLUMBERS IN ADDITION TO THE PLUMBER THAT WAS ON THE JOB. SINCE THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT I TOLD [Member Name Removed] TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE PLUMBER SHE WOULD CHOOSE AND PAY THEM DIRECTLY AND THAT I DID NOT WANT ANY FINANCIAL BENEFIT FROM THE WORK. I ASSUME ALL ESTIMATES CAME IN ABOUT $4500.00 AND SHE DECIDED TO GO WITH THE PLUMBER ON SITE AND PAID HIM DIRECTLY FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK. AFTER THE PLUMBING WORK WAS COMPLETED, WE RESTARTED THE WORK TO COMPLETE THE BASEMENT, HAD ALL THE FINAL BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING INSPECTED AND COMPLETE. DURING THE COURSE OF THE JOB, MY PROJECT MANAGER, JOE, WAS ALWAYS IN COMMUNICATION WITH [Member Name Removed]'s AND SOME OTHER PROJECTS, KEEPING THE LINES OPEN BETWEEN OUR CLIENTS AND OURSELVES. I WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS FOR 38 YEARS IF I IGNORED MY CLIENTS. I DID HAVE SOME PERSONAL FAMILY ISSUES IN SEPT AND OCT FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS, AND MAY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO CALLS A DAY OR SO LATER THAN I TYPICALLY WOULD HAVE, BUT JOE AND ROBERT WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE. COMMUNICATION WAS NEVER AN ISSUE FROM OUR PROSPECTIVE. [Member Name Removed] AND HER FAMILY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE. I AM TRULY SORRY FOR HOW THE PROJECT PROCEEDED, BUT "MOST" OF THE DELAY CAN NOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO OUR ACTIONS. BUT I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE UN-NECESSARY STRESS SHE HAD TO DEAL WITH.

I reached out to US Home for a few small projects in my house, including gutting completely one bathroom, a couple of small jobs in the other two bathrooms, and other projects that had been done and mentioned here. Of the several contractors that I met, I found Bob,who came by to price the job, offered the most helpful suggestions and on that basis along with the good reviews on Angie's list, I decided to work with US Homes Remodeling. Pricingwise, Bob's pricing is neither the most expensive nor the cheapest. Joe and Nike were really great on the job -courteous, hard working and generally, good workmanship. The work done was quite nice. Bob was infinitely patient with me given the multiple times I changed my mind causing him to revise the proposal. Mike also has immense patience with the permit application and my tardiness. Even though we still have the three bathrooms to work on in 2016, I look forward to equally good experience.
Description of Work: Replace closet in the basement, replace molding in the basement, replace door sill, put metal casting/frame around roof the garage, flashing the exhaust pipe.

Our overall experience with US Homes was pleasant. From the onset when we contacted Bob Stang, he was very helpful in giving us suggestions on how to go about our kitchen renovation (we were gutting an outdated kitchen and renovating it). He came back with a fair proposal shortly and was flexible with us in various areas. His colleague, Joe, was the project manager and he was responsive whenever we texted / called him with any inqueries. Any issues were quickly resolved after we spoke with Joe. The US Homes crew worked diligently and a crew would always arrive each day to address an aspect of the project which is a stark change from our prior contractor where an appearance by anybody can be on and off. The crew were all nice and did their best to not make a mess and cleaned up the best they could. The project was completed somewhat on schedule although part of the delay was attributed to the town inspector being on vacation. For any issues, we either communicated with Bob or Joe and both were responsive. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work performed and we would definitely recommend US Homes for any project. For future projects, we would strongly consider US Homes again as the general contractor.

We recently remodeled a main floor bathroom and basement (including a bath addition). US Home Remodeling was one of the four contractors we obtained estimates from. Just prior to Bob coming to give the estimate, we felt as if we had already found the right company and expected that Bob?s estimate would serve mainly as a sanity check. However, Bob?s candidness, pleasant demeanor, flexibility, and quick turnaround during the estimate process, coupled with strong Angie?s List reviews and competitive pricing, were what won them the job. More than other contractors, he provided input into floor selection for the basement and was perfectly fine with us saving money on getting polished concrete floors from another contractor instead of tiles with US Home Remodeling. Bob came to our house more than once while finalizing the estimate and, in the process, introduced us to Joe, the project manager, and Mike, the plumber, who would be part of the project. This gave us a sense that, while there would be different people involved in different steps of the project, everyone would be communicating well with one another. I was a bit nervous about the project detail being passed on from Bob who provided the estimate to Joe who managed the project. However, soon after the work started it became clear that we were in good hands. Joe was very responsive and communicative throughout the project, with him or another project manager on site most days. His workers were professional, polite, arrived on time, got to work and were good at what they do. We felt we weren?t nickel and dimed during the project as it?s sometimes a fear with contractors. Joe, as well as his plumber, took care of some unforeseen issues along the way and small side requests at no additional charge. Any wall dings and cracks as a result of demolition were fixed and painted new. During construction, a couple of larger, unforeseen issues came up related to old plumbing and basement egress that led to additional cost. We felt that Joe presented us with facts and sourced quality people to address the issues. Overall, our main floor bath is beautiful and we love our basement as it is now a fully livable part of the house. We give our full recommendation to Bob and Joe and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bobby and the team helped me with my living room extension. Toward the end of that project I decided that I wanted to build a TV wall instead of just place cabinets and TV along that wall. There was an alcove where the cabinets were going to sit but I wanted everything to be flushed with the wall instead of inside the nook. And of course Bobby and Joe delivered. Bobby and Joe the project manager are great because they are always just one call/txt away. Once again people showed up everyday promptly at 8 and cleaned up before they leave. Phil framed it out and helped me with the IKEA cabinets and measured and figured out the best placements for all. Steven came through with some AMAZING tile work which he spent the time and effort to match up the tiles for the corners of the TV cutout. (I had previous contractor that did my fireplace with the same tiles that just simply glued the tiles to the fireplace and did not take the time or care to figure out how to hide the edges). This team really care about their job and they really treat it with attention and care. We had to tweak the project in the middle of it and they accommodated. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!

Made an appointment with Robert on Tuesday September 29 for October 6 at 7 pm. I called him on Tuesday and left him a vice mail at 12.30 pm to remind him about the 7pm appointment, he calls me back at 4 pm stating he will not be able to make it. We made an appointment for the following day Wednesday the 7 at 7 pm. Once again he called me at 4pm Wednesday stating he will not be able to make it, when I pointed out to him that my wife and I canceled a few engagements to meet with him. His response was I should have made the appointment during normal business hours and that I should find somebody else. I am definitely looking for a contractor who will be willing to accommodate to my schedule. Jose Pisaniello

WE REGRET TO HAVE TO CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENT. WE APPRECIATE EVERY OPPORTUNITY WE RECEIVE. WE DID CALL BOTH DAYS THREE HOURS PRIOR TO HAVING TO BE THERE. UNFORTUNATELY ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENINGS THINGS CAN GET JAMMED UP-WHICH I MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS CONVERSATIONS WITH (Removed member name) WHO COULD PROB FEEL THAT IT WAS TOUGH FOR ME. I'M SURE HE DOES NOT KNOW I HAVE TWO CHILDREN (SOMETHING ALWAYS HAPPENING) AND ONE OF OUR PARTNERS WAS IN THE HOSPITAL (HERNIA) WHO I WAS COVERING FOR. BEFORE I COULD EVEN EXPLAIN TO (Removed member name) IN THAT CONVERSATION ON WEDNESDAY I RECEIVED A BAD ATTITUDE AND HIGH TONED RESPONSE TO ME CANCELLING. WITH HIS ATTITUDE BEING SO BAD AND WE DID NOT EVEN GET TO THE JOB I FELT WE WERE NOT A GOOD FIT FOR HIM. THAT'S WHY I TOLD HIM TO GET SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT EVENING EXPLAINING MY SITUATION. I THINK IT'S ONLY FAIR TO MENTION THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH (Removed member name). BACK IN MARCH OF 2014 I GAVE (Removed member name) AN ESTIMATE ON AN EXTENSION. THE ESTIMATE WAS COMPLETELY DETAILED AND TO HIS LIKING-I FEEL HE WOULD HAVE GAVE ME (A) RATINGS THEN FROM HIS RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS/ESTIMATE. HE ASKED FOR OUR ARCHITECT. I PROVIDED THAT INFORMATION FOR HIM. HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME AFTER DEALING WITH PLANS. AFTER THAT I NEVER HEARD BACK UNTIL ABOUT A WEEK AGO WHEN HE CALLED AND TOLD ME HE USED SOMEONE ELSE FOR HIS EXTENSION AND WASN'T SURE IF HE WAS GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN ON HIS KITCHEN. HE ASKED IF I COULD GIVE HIM AN ESTIMATE ON HIS KITCHEN. WITHOUT RESERVE I DID AGREE BECAUSE THAT'S OUR POLICY. EVEN THOUGH SOME CONTRACTORS WOULDN'T CALL BACK OR SHOW UP (THINKING HE'S JUST PRICING US TO HAVE SOMETHING TO GO AT HIS CONTRACTOR WITH). WE DID SHOW COURTESY ON ALL FRONTS IN THIS SITUATION. WHEN I FIRST MET (Removed member name) BACK IN MAR 2014 IT WAS ALONE. NOW IT NEEDED TO BE BOTH HIMSELF AND HIS WIFE-UNDERSTANDABLE FOR A KITCHEN BUT TOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PEOPLE WORK A LOT. WE TOTALLY UNDERSTAND PEOPLE WORK. BUT IT'S TOUGH ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE ONE PERSON'S SCHEDULE IN THIS FAST PACE WE LIVE IN. THAT'S WHAT (Removed member name) WAS EXPECTING. UNFORTUNATLEY WITH NO BEND OR GIVE. I TRIED TO OFFER SATURDAY AS WELL NO LUCK THERE BECAUSE BOTH HIM AND HIS WIFE COULD NOT BE THERE AT THE SAME TIME. THAT'S AGAIN WHY I TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE BETTER TO GET SOMEONE ELSE. IT WOULD BE TOO DIFFICULT AND I WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE BOTH OF THEIR WORK SCHEDULES AT THE TIME. .

Hello, Just giving my 2c's in reference to my experiences with US Home Remodeling. From the beginning, Mike (my GC) was really easy to deal with and very responsive which is hard to find. He listened to what I had to say and gave constructive input based off his experiences. He did a walk through of my house which I just bought and was professional throughout. I told him all my wants as well as the timeline I had to work with. Work started 2 weeks after contracting. Through the process, the workers were on time and seemed to work hard throughout the day. I never saw anyone playing around during a few drop ins. Everyone was very professional. During the project, a few hiccups arose as with most projects. Mike was very thorough in explaining the issue, offering solutions and give estimates in a timely manner. He went out of his way to ensure that the project stayed on course and that I was informed at all times from start to end. The project ended perhaps a few days after I was hoping but within my constraints. Workmanship was very good. Any lingering issues or concerns were resolved very quickly. Overall I am very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend this company as well as Mike to anyone that wants a genuinely professional and responsive GC who cares about the projects. Stan

The bottom floor of our house previously consisted of a den with wood paneling, tile floors and no built-in lighting. Adjacent to that was a non-functional summer kitchen that we had no need for (but was in place when we bought the house). We wanted to gut the entire thing, knock down walls for an open space, add built-ins in the den along with a gas fireplace, and add built-ins in the old kitchen space to make it a multi-functional office space. We also wanted to put in sliding barn doors to separate the office space from the den, when desired, and install hardwood floors throughout the space. Price Quotes: We started getting price quotes in January 2015, and got four price quotes including from US Home. As for US Home, their price was the cheapest (by quite a bit) but our ultimate agreement was such that we would purchase the built-ins, floors, fireplace and barn doors on our own, and they would do the install. This explained why the price was cheaper, since we'd be incurring additional expense through other vendors. Some other companies proposed doing some or all of this purchasing/work for us, obviously at much higher prices. After many rounds of discussion with Bob and other vendors, we decided to go with US Home because they seemed the most professional, competent and reasonable. For example, we got another bid of approx 60,000 from another company which was supposed to include "everything." When we met with them to discuss the bid, we immediately realized two things were missing from the bid, and voila, their price went up. And that was just for the two things we realized in the moment. This was a common occurrence for every company except US Home--i.e. if after looking at the bid we decided to take something out of the project, it wouldn't change the price, but if we wanted to add something, it raised the price. This was NOT the case with US Home. We added lots (LOTS) of things, mostly small, throughout our construction process, including wainscoting, additional storage door, additional outlets, additional hi-hats, converting to dimmer switches, among many other things I can't recall off hand. None of this added to our price and they were glad to do it, even when we asked them to do it after they had completed aspects of the work. The only up charge was $250 for a different kind of molding. From everything I read going into this process, people said to build in an extra 30% for upcharges. Not with US Home--only $250!! What they did: We started construction in late May, and they just completed everything in early August. There was a long break in between because our built-ins were delayed and didn't come until late July. Not at all their fault--we ordered them ourselves from another company. But as soon as they built-ins came, Joe and his crew were back the next day to install them and finish the project. Overall, their work consistent of full demolition, knocking down walls and re-framing the walls including adding a new closet, supplying and installing hi-hats throughout, installing gas fireplace, installing built-ins, building and tiling a mantle, painting and wainscoting, supplying and installing all molding, re-piping heating elements, among many other smaller things (we originally were having them supply and install floors, but decided to have someone else do that piece, so they lowered their price to take that piece out). The work was all done professionally, cleanly and with little aggravation. It was also done so quickly. When we started, we were shocked at how quick they were moving, to the point that there were things they did before we could chime in with special requests, but they were always willing to change and fix things when we asked. Responsiveness: We both work full time so the contractors were here without us most days, requiring us to communicate with them at night, when we'd come home and see what had been done that day. We texted/called Joe almost daily, and he responded on text very quickly, each time. And as noted, was always willing to do anything we asked. On many occasions, he came by at 7AM to walk through things with us before we left for work. We probably drove him crazy a bit, but he didn't show it, and was always responsive and accommodating. Overall: We would hire them again in a heartbeat. The price was the best, and there was no nickel and diming. And the work quality was amazing, and we are thrilled with our new space. We really wrestled with who to hire in the first place, and almost gave up the project out of frustration with not knowing if we would be making the right decision on who to hire. Very glad we didn't do that and that we went with US Home. We highly recommend

The head guys, Bob and Joe, were personable and easygoing. They assured me that everything would be taken care of, and it was. The workers arrived precisely at 8am and left at 4pm. Every day they would leave the place broom clean. They were totally reliable. They came every day. If there was one day that they could not come, they told us much in advance. The work was done neatly, in a clearly forward moving direction. They removed all discarded materials immediately. If there was an issue, they told us in advance. We had to do some renovations that were not expected, like moving pipes and things. But we could use our own people for those items. At any time I could call or text Bob or Joe to see what they thought. The workmen were specialists in their area. There were electricians, painters, carpentry, tile and grout people, plumbers. All the people to make this a professional job. And if we were not happy, they fixed things to our liking. They started at the very end of February. It was a very big job, but even so, they were essentially finished in 10 weeks. Everything was beautifully done. The project was a huge success! I would not hesitate to recommend and use them.
Description of Work: The company's price was all inclusive, which was for the demolishing, rebuilding, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom, backsplash, and bathroom. The work covered everything including painting. I paid for the tiles, cabinets, backsplash, anfixtures myself.

THis is my third project (and the biggest project) with them and they again did not disappoint!. We extended out our existing livingroom and also added another room. This was a huge undertaking, from demo the old patio to digging a new foundation, new partial roof and everything inside. Since this is such a big project I also received bids from other contractors, and Bobby really worked with us and the price was very competitive. Since we already had great experiences with them in the past the choice was a no brainer. Joe(the project manager) and the team really helped us in the transition giving that we were still living in the house. Since the project involves knocking down the existing livingroom wall while we are still living in it, they covered up whatever they can and try to make the transition as easy as possible. Joe kept us in the loop the entire time and they worked hard to help meet my deadline (since I was scheduled to leave the country and needed them to finish everything inside the house before I leave). Oscar and everyone else on the team are very good at what they're doing and they take pride in their work. They do not just "patch" if things would not look good. They are very responsive whenever you have a problem or concern. This project was a big one and there were a couple hiccups in the middle, but Joe and Warren and Bobby were very responsive and no problem was left hanging without being attended to. They really are a great group of people to work with and trustworthy. And my new extension turned out even better than I imagined!!

They were very punctual, professional and did work of the highest quality. Bob assessed all the damage very thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. Joe the site manager kept us to speed with any changes and was always available by phone. The job came out great even though we didn't realize how much work was necessary from the damage. All the work was performed according to the written proposal and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. They even did some extra work that was not part of the contract, such as replacing the vent ducts and upgrading the recessed lighting at no extra charge. They had no problem with moving our furniture around to complete the work . They corrected all minor items that needed some additional work to my complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: Replaced and repaired walls, ceilings and flooring throughout our coop apartment due to extensive damage caused by a burst frozen pipe in the unit above ours. They spackled, sanded and painted walls, ceilings, molding and door frames to our color specifications. They installed laminate flooring which we picked out and they picked it up at the store. They also replaced fixtures, smoke alarm, HVAC duct registers and bathroom heat lamp and exhaust fan. Installed recessed lighting in the living room.

Joe and his team worked in our home to remove and replace our kitchen and perform a myriad of other home improvement jobs around our house. Joe was very responsive to our questions and requests for additional work, which was done at very reasonable prices and quickly. Everyone who works for US Homes was knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were always willing to stop what they were doing to answer questions. US Homes transformed our home with quality work and we will definitely hire them again for future projects!

They are the best. On time, great workers, very professional, meticulous in everything they do and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: I used US Home Remodeling to refinish my basement last summer after we had a flood. I was immensely pleased with their work and professionalism. The men did a fabulous job and were exremely accommodating. In fact, I have already recommended them to friends. I was a little hesitant to call them last month for just some minor electrical and plumbing work in my bathrooms, but ,once again, they were super accommodating. They showed up quickly and took care of our problems even though it was a very small job. They are the best. They are starting another project for me next week.

After reading great reviews about the company, we called US Homes. Bob came as scheduled and gave us a quote. He listened to our budget concerns and worked with us. Joe, Danny and Nick were here on the date we scheduled the work to start and spent the time to understand the scope of the project . From that date on, we saw Danny and Nick almost on a daily basis. Danny is very cheerful and kept a very steady pace. They coordinated well and accommodated our questions and issues well. Joe, as project manager kept us informed of the progress or any schedule changes. Danny and Nick take pride in the job, as did Oscar, the painter. Francis and Seldine, installed the floor, flush mounting the air registers, and did a beautiful job. So, we did not have to monitor the work at all. For example, after the cabinets went back up on the wall, Oscar came back to do touch up paint, but what he saw prompted him to redo the paint completely (we did not ask him to). They do not compromise on the quality of their work and are not shy of additional work - if required to do the job right. I do highly recommend using them.

US Home Remodeling exceeded our expectations. It was our first home improvement project so we did a lot of research into choosing a contractor. Upon meeting the salesman, Bob Stang, we immediately felt very comfortable. We did a thorough walk through of our garage and what we wanted. Joe Fiore, our project manager, was very professional. He and Bob both made suggestions to us that enhanced the look of our laundry room. Danny, Nick and Mike, who handled the plumbing, electric and framing work were all very friendly. They all seemed to enjoy what they did for a living. That to me shows that they took pride in the work they were doing in my home. The finished product was proof that these guys were the right choice. My laundry room went from looking like an empty shell to a beautiful modern laundry room. We were very impressed with the work. We will definitely use US Home Remodeling Inc for our future home improvement projects.

The project was to lay down tiles on the basement floor, repair and installing new drywalls, new recess lights and repaint the entire basement walls. They completed the job on time and as expected. I wish there were more communications prior to some installations so I would know what to expect, but overall I am happy with their service.
