Description of Work: I Was having trouble keeping filter primed. I called Jay 830 on a Thursday night he walked me through every scenario that could be wrong for at least 10 minutes nothing but a professional.

+ -1 moreI am still using Sherwin pools and three weeks later we are still algae free. They now service my pool weekly and I am very happy I found them.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with algae in pool and the pool company I was using At Ease Pool just wasn't getting it under control. I called Sherwin Pools, Tom came the next day, I couldn't get the pool company I was paying to come back the next day. Tom had it under control in about a day and the pool has been algae free since he has been maintaining it. That evening his wife called to let me know what he did and that I should call back if I had any concerns, WOW I never had a pool company do that.
