I was very happy with Gerard. He's extremely knowledgeable and explained my sprinkler system since I'm new to the home, and needed some guidance. He also fined tuned the watering schedule since the grass was being over watered in one area. Tested the entire system all the zones. I would highly recommend him, no need to look any further he's a great guy and also a great value!. I will be using him to blow out the line, and close the system annually.

Scheduled appointment promptly. Showed up timely for appointment. Identified and repaired the sprinkler problems for a reasonable price. Pleasant and courteous as well.

Came to repair a sprinkler valve and adjust my heads. Did a great job!

The Foreman and an assistant came to repair a zone that was leaking. They removed the Rectangular Valve Box (which they did not have to) to get easy access and did a good job but when it came time to pay, the Foreman called the owner Gerard to get the price which was supposed to be $100 and Gerard wanted to charge an extra $75 to remove the Rectangular Valve Box, which took the Foreman 2 minutes to remove (4 shovels of dirt) I thought that was excessive and I told him, so he dropped it to $40 which I think was still expensive. That is the reason I give 3 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars.

The owner called promptly. We had several appointments and either he was on time or called when he was running late. We had a problem and he returned quickly to resolve it. His prices were a little higher than those of some other companies, but those others either did not return calls or did not keep appointments, so I can over look RainPro's charging a little more. Very easy to do business with.

Very fast to repair the vacuum valve on my sprinkler, replace sprinkler heads, and evaluate the entire sprinkler system. Friendly attitude. I would use them again for future services.

They were very quick to respond. quoted me over the phone and even though they did additional work the additional cost as very fair.

The tech came to our home on a Sunday and ensured our job was completed before it was too late with the winter fast approaching. He was courteous timely and very efficient. Will surely hire Rain Pro again.
