Appointment was scheduled for 11-12, contractor arrived at 2pm. I had to call him at about 12pm to ask what was going on; he didn't call me to let me know he'd be late. Other than that, service was good and fast. He "winterized" my sprinkler system in 30 minutes or so. Price was better than the 2 competitors I knew of.
