 + -1 moreHe returned my phone call right away and came to my house promptly. I was very impressed with him initially. He spent a lot of time reviewing what I wanted with me. I was doing a very large landscape to the front, side and back of my house. We signed a written contract and I gave him a first payment of $500.00. This was non-refundable for him to start drawing plans. He had promised me a certain timeline (2 weeks) which is why I committed. After being unresponsive for over two weeks, he came back to my house to re-measure. When I mentioned that we were behind schedule he became rather unkind, accused me of being a problem, handed my check back and walked away. He breached a written contract. This left me hanging because it was too late in the year, now, to get my shrubbery moved and I would have to wait until the fall.
