Description of Work: They're excellent! I had them for over 20 years, reasonable prices. Quality service to the customer and quality service people. They'll even come out in the middle of the night if you need them to. Very caring.

Description of Work: Charter provided heating oil and service to our home. Their service team was excellent when needed. However their oil prices were 20-30 cents per gallon higher than others and therefore we switched companies when they did not match the lower prices

Description of Work: Home heating oil. On line, picked from list of vendors. Easy pay with credit card. Delivered on time . Used three times now. You can probably save another few cents a gallon with further scrutiny but these guys have been solid.

+ 0 moreThey are terrific. They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they say they are going to do. They are neat, and their guys are nice. I am really happy with their service.
Description of Work: Charter Oil Corp does a yearly cleanup of my furnace and air conditioning unit. They cleaned my furnace at their last visit. I just pay my oil bills, and they do everything else.
