Description of Work: I called Always Affordable Chimney, explained the problem and asked to send someone over to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Tommy and his crew arrived later in the day, explained the problem to us and what repairs were necessary and agreed to return next day to make repairs. |Alfredo and his helper arrived on time, installed a stainless steel chimney liner, and left the place immaculate. They were very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend them. | | |

Description of Work: had them install a SS liner in my boiler chimney, along with fixing the damper on the fire place and patching up some mortar in the firebox. Showed up as scheduled and completed all the work in a single visit. They were extremely clean and professional. When they provided the estimate, they went through it carefully with me explaining everything and making sure that I was comfortable with the estimate and work to be done. They will be back later this month to do work on the the exterior brick chimney.

Description of Work: Chimney repair, chimney cap installation, steel liner install, and other related work. Tommy (owner) was on time. He assessed the problems rather quickly and explained them to me in plain understandable language. He made me aware of all steps and equipment involved. He arrived the next day, completed the work in a few hours and all problems remedied. Tommy left the property so clean it didn't appear that he was there. He communicated in writing and with pictures when work was complete. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Put on a custom built chimney cap & a new stainless steel liner. They were very courteous and helpful. Tom saw that a gutter leader had fallen off near the top and willingly replaced it for me. I was very pleased with this company.

Description of Work: Cleaned the chimney for the oil burner. |It was hard to schedule with them. The appointment was changed three times because they went to the wrong town in Westchester instead of Eastern LI or were running late. |However once they got here they were prompt, quick and polite. |Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Had 8:30 appt and they weren't able to get to us until close to 1pm, but all in all I guess they were worth the wait! A chimney sweep had been scheduled, but upon inspection we were informed that the original 60 yr old chimney liner had totally disintegrated. We were able to visulaize this (nothing but bricks) on a camera they fed down, and a new (insulated and assumed decent grade)liner was installed the same day. Prices seemed competitive, men were efficient, friendly and accommodating
