Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal but we just couldn't agree on a a time for them to come out and get the work completed. They called me a few times in a row with dates I wasn't able to work around and the appointment was just never made I requested a refund.

Description of Work: They were honest, dependable and prompt! We had 2 estimates...one before them and one after them. They did not try to sell us anything we did not need and did a wonderful job on repairing loose bricks on our chimney, replacing the cap and sealing it and patching the mortar. This repair was on my almost 80 year old Mother's home. They treated her with kindness and respect and we will be using them in the future! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Put the cap on and inspected as the deal outlined. He said I needed a liner replacement but I'm not ready to do that yet nor did I get a second opinion yet. DK if he was being accurate or if his price for that job was fair because I haven't done any research. Seemed like a nice guy and was prompt and pleasant. Didn't give hard sell or try to tell me the world would end if I didn't do the work immediately.

Description of Work: The owner, Tommy, was with his assistant, and they came within the time agreed upon. Tommy was the one who swept the chimney, and his assistant cleaned the tube going to the furnace. Tommy also suggested I put a chimney cap since my chimney lost its cap during the hurricane, Sandy. He gave me a good price for a stainless steel chimney cap, and so I bought the chimney cap from him. I think I will have my chimney swept by this company again.
