+ -1 moreFALL CLEANUP: [My garbage company picks up grass/leaves (yard waste) on Tuesdays] Came home to approximately 10 bags of leaves/grass in front of my house Thanksgiving week on Tuesday 11/22/11. All Pro Lawn Care normally does ALL landscaping work on Mondays so that if they have to leave bags behind it will be picked up by the garbage company the next day. However, All Pro came on Tuesday instead AFTER the garbage company already made their weekly pickups in my area for the day. Normally if All Pro comes on a Tuesday they take all yard waste bags with them but in this instance they did not. I called and left two voice mails for Robin and also sent her an email to which no reply or response was given. Now my neighbors and I as well as family and friends get to greet an ugly mountain of bags during the Thanksgiving holiday until NEXT WEEK Tuesday when the garbage company is due to return -- an additional week of waiting!
Description of Work: You pay for you get. They charge $20/week for a basic lawn cut. You will get a quality cut once in a blue moon. They are dirt cheap so I really don't complain that much since I have no time to cut my own lawn. If they were more thorough they would get a much higher grade. But I imagine since their prices are so low they have a huge list of clients and just cut and run literally. They do a decent job of blowing and collecting the leaves in the front and back of your house. They do not go out of their way to make sure the entire yard is evenly cut or that most leaves are removed -- they remove about 80% to 90% of the leaves. They offer a Spring and Fall clean up fee of $150. After Hurricane Irene in August 2011 they charged an additional $75 for clean up fees which was understandable considering the amount of leaves and branches that were down.
