Had a leak in my Pondless Waterfall, called a Company to come n fix, won’t say the name! 2 day's later my water level decreased by a few inches.I called the company back and when they came back to check leak, I was told I needed to replace the liner, an a part of the waterfall. I was Not Happy at all. I was ready to fill pond in. After doing some research, I located All Island Ponds, read there reviews and saw they offered free estimates, After meeting with Jules, An explaining to him my situation, he said he can repair without changing the liner. A week later he came to repair n now it has been a month and we have not lost anymore water. Honest Company, very reliable n I recommend to anyone with a leak issue. Truly a pleasure to deal with

We had a very bad leak in our 4,000g pond. Losing almost 2â a day. Jules came out. Emptied our pond and fixed a few large holes and hundreds of tiny holes. Well, the next morning our pond was CRYSTAL CLEAR & hadnâ t lost ANY WATER! The fish are the healthiest weâ ve seen them in years and love the big cave Jules made for them. I canâ t express what a pleasure he is to work with. Professional, accurate, explained every thing he had to do and DID IT with precision & confidence! Finally, after 20yrs of trying to have ANY COMPANY help us, we found Jules! Would recommend All Island Pond to everyone! Great team Great experience Great outcome. I would highly recommend All island ponds. Had a 12x15x3â pond with multiple waterfalls installed and I couldnâ t be more happier. Very good work. Prompt, knowledgeable n professional. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Customer service good but was charged for a call back on a leaky hose. I felt that this should have been included in original job charge. Was disappointed that there was a call back fee. He did contact me after the fact and explained why it was necessary. I was satisfied with his explanation. Contractors were both professional, courteous and did respond to my calls with any issues.

I called All Island Ponds at 7am to let them know I was losing lots of water. In my pond. Within a half hour they located a hole in my liner at bottom of my pond. 3 hours later my new liner was installed with a New Biofalls filter & UV light. Great job, professional n Great prices
