Exceptional prompt professional service. The entire service team provided personal customer service from start to completion. Within 3 business days, the warrantied condenser was ordered, delivered, and I received a phone call from Absolute Air & Power, speaking with their competent customer service rep albeit having a tech at my home installing the equipment within an hour from the phone call. Absolute Air & Power, is friendly, committed, and customer-oriented. The company's thoughtfulness is over and beyond all expectations.

They showed ups the first day, everyone was in a bad mood. They did most of the air conditioning install. They did a half fast clean up when they were done. I let them borrow my ladder so they didn't have to go back to the truck; they left my ladder fully extended, up against my house. Then Tom, the owner of Absolute Air & power, informed me that to install the hydronic heat would be an extra charge of $5,600.00. He said the install price was not on the bill due to a misunderstanding. When he came for the estimate, I said I wanted the hydronic system, he brought the hydronic system with him when the came the first day, I don't know where the misunderstanding is. but he was there so I agreed to the price. He subcontracted a plumber to do the work. That plumber said that there was more to this job than Tom let on to. So the plumber did a half fast job. Thus far I spent $800.00 cleaning up the half fast job of the plumber. This all stared 8 months ago. in September 2017. They just finished the A/C install yesterday, 8 months later. In the interim , I put calls in to them. trying to find out when they were coming back. Jen, the woman who answered the phone would always say that she had to speak with Tom (the owner) and that she would get back to me. She only got back to me once , in January. She called to see if anyone would be home to let the duct guy in to finish the duct work, she called as the duct work installer was pulling up to my house.

Installation was very smooth. They came punctually, and there were no issues with the installation. Later on in the season, there was an issue with condensation leaking from one of the vents, and they came and corrected the issue free of charge.

Tom has an excellent crew and he was on site throughout the installation. They arrived on the scheduled install date around 8:30 in the morning and were done by 1:00. We did not have central air prior to this so they had to install ducts and vents in each room. They went above and beyond in the installation - I could not be happier with their performance. After installation was complete, Tom walked me through everything and handled all of the paper work for rebates and registration to extend the warranties. About a month after the installation, an issue occurred with our compressor - extremely short cycles. I called their office and two of the installers showed up a couple of hours later. Took them about 15 minutes to determine there was a loose connection from the manufacturer, tighten it down and get the cool air flowing again.
