 + -1 moreMy interaction with them was okay to a point. It was fine. I did not spend anything because they are real estate brokers and I was purchasing from them. It was actually my fault; I have been using another broker as our buyers broker to help me look for a house I found a house. What had happened was that the seller was from the same company, so the buyer was not able to represent me in the negotiation as it was a conflict. Unfortunately my wife had become reliant on the broker and though they gave me the disclaimer that they could not represent me, my wife still relied on the broker more than she should have. The broker has since left the company.
Description of Work: I used Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate in October 2009.
