+ -1 moreTHEY CLEANED THE CARPETS IN MY SISTERS HOUSE, SO SHE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME. THE PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE SERVICE IS SHORTLY AFTER MY CARPETS WERE CLEANED, THEY LOOKED DIRTY AGAIN. THE COMPANY WILL FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL WHICH IS NICE.

+ 0 moreTHE COST OF UPHOLSTERY CLEANING WAS HIGH. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT, BUT IT TOOK A WHOLE DAY FOR THE CARPET TO DRY AND THREE DAYS FOR THE SECTIONAL TO DRY. THERE IS A STRONG LINGERING ODOR FROM OVERSATURATION ON THE SECTIONAL.
