+ -1 moreAnnie called when she was delayed for the tour/estimate of my home but came at the later time. She was pleasant and we went over my expectations and what her company provides. I asked that she use my cleansers and equipment, and that she start in November allowing plenty of scheduling time. She never called to give her price or to tell us that she couldn't handle the job.
Description of Work: Biweekly housecleaning of a large home.

+ -1 moreWe have been extremely satisfied with each cleaning. They perform thorough and detailed cleanings, very rarely missing even the smallest of areas. Annemarie made it a point to supervise and assist with the first cleaning, as to introduce us to her staff, and to ensure that all of our needs were met. No less than three women are present at each cleaning (which is surprising since most cleaning companies charge per cleaner per hour) and this does not effect our fixed monthly rate. They never seem to be rushing. Although they have only performed three cleanings so far, the same three women have worked. I prefer this, as it provides for a comfort factor of familiar faces, and ensures consistency of performance. In my experience, Annemarie communicates effectively through text messaging to schedule and confirm appointments. She also promptly follows up after each cleaning. Although I have no comparisons as a first time homeowner, I highly recommend Annie Shines for residential cleaning.
Description of Work: I contacted Annie Shines through Angie's List. The owner was quick to reply and setup an appointment for an estimate. She came herself, was friendly, explained her services in detail and provided a estimate (monthly charge, plus a SMALL one time fee for the initial cleaning..which I found to be reasonable). The price was FAR better than any other estimate I received, which initially made me hesitant, as sometimes less money indicates less quality. Unlike some other estimates I received, their price was fixed (not hourly). Many of the more expensive estimates I received came from companies who also required the homeowner to provide all cleaning products. Annie Shines provides their own cleaning products, including a vacuum, and only requires us to provide paper towels and any specialty products we desire (i.e. ceramic stovetop cleaner). We hired them for monthly cleanings and the first cleaning was done a week after the estimate. They have been coming monthly for the past four months.

+ -1 moreWe are very happy with their service. We use them on weekly basis. We pay them $60 for the service. When my wife comes in from work, she always praises how great the house looks. They are prompt; they come on the day they are supposed to and they do a good job. We feel they are reasonably priced. I think the price is $60; it always had been unless my wife pays a little more now; I'm not sure. We have been having them for few years. They are very pleasant; their attitude is good and they do a good job. They are prompt and reliable. I think their price is fair. I don't have comparisons to other cleaning services. We used people years ago but for the last few years, we've been using them. We have no plans to change them.
Description of Work: We use Annie Shines cleaning service for cleaning the entire house from kitchen to bedrooms. They vacuum the floors and did the dusting. The most recent service was done last week.

+ -1 moreShe is very nervous. As soon as I mentioned a contact she said she could not make the deadlines and could not get out the week after. She said she did not know that far ahead of time. She could not tell me how much it would cost. She did not want the contract. I want a contract. She also said it would be maybe three weeks to start the service.

Description of Work: They cleaned just the lower part of my house. They dusted and cleaned all my antiques that are displayed on a shelf. Cleaned the kitchen and bathroom as well as I would of done. My little TV area is always a mess and when they are done, it looks like no one has been there.
