Description of Work: The contractor contacted us (me and neighbor Mr. Humprey share a gutter system) quickly and gave an estimate. They said they would just come, do the repair, and bill us. I accepted this since the amount was small. Weeks went by and the contractor said they did not come because they needed a down payment. This was sent a couple of weeks ago and still no word?

r. [Member Name Removed], I or no one from our office has ever spoken or dealt with you at all. We were contacted by your neighbors [Member Name Removed] and we have been in contact with them. We generally ask for a deposit of some kind on every job so we can enter it in our computer system so we know which customers are confirmed and which are not. I am assuming that you have not spoken with [Member Name Removed](lovely people) because they would have told you that they forgot to mail us out a deposit, so without a deposit we could not know that they were still interested in getting the work done. Description of Work: Stripped three layers of old roofing, replaced back gutter, replaced skylight and scuttle cover. Did what was promised within the agreed upon timeline. Were responsive to concerns and easy to reach by phone. Would use them again.
