Robert came over to measure and discuss. He seemed like a nice enough guy and knowledgeable, and I was looking to forward to working with him. He was supposed to get beck to me with an estimate but I never heard from him again! I called MANY times and spoke with Shirley who kept saying she would chase after him. I just wish they would have said we're too busy, or the job is too big/small, whatever, just be upfront and stop stringing people along. I was dummy and waited 2 months before I finally gave up on them.
Description of Work: Looking to install new hardwood floors throughout 2 bedroom apartment.
