A great experience from start to finish!!. The sales representative Peter M. was incredible. He took his time explaining all our options and was creative in finding solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and came up with a way to connect the outdoor unit to the master bedroom, after being told by others that it was not possible. The technicians (Roman & Pablo)were accommodating in placing the units in the best locations. They were professional, courteous and punctual. They helped to put back drapes that needed to be repositioned. In addition Alex the supervisor was wonderful. He explained in detail how to operate the units. He took his time and answered all our questions.Everyone did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I was able to get an online appointment for an estimate in the early fall. The estimator was punctual and knowledgeable. We went room by room and he carefully inspected existing electrical availability. He gave a reasonable estimate and we signed an agreement that day (did not do a hard sell, was just happy with the estimate and other reviews for this company). I was called by the installation supervisor the next day and scheduled installation over 4 days over the next two weeks (2 days for half of the house and 2 days for the other). The installation team was clean, followed the prearranged plan. They left a clean space when they were done with a professional looking installation. A few days after everything was installed, the installation supervisor came back to activate the system . My wife was present for this and said he spent a few hours checking every unit carefully for drainage and function. She was impressed by how systematic there were.

I contacted them through Angie's list and immediately received a call to discuss my needs and setup an appointment for someone to come here. From that moment forward and throughout the process they were extremely punctual. If they said they would be here at 9AM they showed up at 8:50 and waited until 9 to ring the bell. I worked with Peter Milcznski, who met with me and my wife to review the various options for cooling the two floors. Peter laid out several options that took into account not only what we wanted but the constraints of the physical space (this is a 148 year old Brownstone), and our budget. The design process went incredibly smoothly. Installation was professionally handled. There was a complete site walk-though including measurements , electrical and wiring, etc to avoid any surprises. The install team put everything in, set everything up in basically two days, and cleaned up to the point that you couldn't tell anyone had done any work. Demyd Ledyashov, the service manager, was great and made sure that I was completely informed of what was going on at every point in time. Kassim was the technician on site post- installation and he worked out every detail, finding solutions to minor glitches that came up with the wireless thermostats. There was an issue with the wireless thermostat that required contacting the manufacturer; they installed a temporary wired thermostat while that was being worked out so I had no disruption in A/C availability during what was a very hot summer. The equipment is everything they said it would be. The blowers are so quiet you hardly even know they are on. Even the unit itself in the backyard makes almost no noise at all. I have done two brownstone renovations before and all I can say is I wish every experience I have with a contractor could be this perfect. These folks are totally professional; they deliver exactly what they say they will, and they do it on-time and on-budget. And they clean up after themselves. They even swept my patio and left it cleaner than they found it. I recommend them 100% if you need HVAC work.

The company came quickly and was efficient in giving estimates. They scheduled quickly and finished the job in shorter time than predicted. I was not sure about which service to choose so I trusted their suggestion. However it did seem expensive for the short amount of time the job took (less than 4 hours). Also as the A/C season is now over I will update this review if anything changes. For now I am giving the benefit of the doubt.

My central A/C unit was not working. They came to inspect it and see what the problem was. The tech diagnosed what he thought the problem was. The refrigerant needed to be refilled. So he turned off the condenser off, so the water that had frozen over could melt and then the refrigerant could be added. The next day, he returned added the refrigerant and a sealant and everything was, and still is, working just fine. The weather was very hot, and usually A/C service companies are extremely busy on calls, so I was very happy that they were able to repair the A/C right away.

Very punctual. Stayed in good communication. Were excellent at thinking through the options for how and where to install the unit for our space. Everything went smoothly and unit is working great. They did excellent work and I would use them again. There was a fair amount of mopping and cleaning to do afterwards to get things back to the way they were before the installation. I'll save a straight A review for the people who leave things as clean as when they arrived. So far that's never happened.

He quoted me $1200 for the labor. He said the part was bad. 2 other companies told me that the part cost $600 or $700. They did the work, but you have to be careful with the technician that you are dealing with. I like the fact that you are able to get in touch with someone, but I disliked the prices, and the guy seemed like there were things he wanted to change. I insisted that he dusted it or clean it off. I would ask him if he just wanted to clean it off, and he would suggest I buy a new one. In the end he cleaned it up and the heat still works.

They were way too expensive so I went with somebody else. Their quote was about 50-percent more expensive than the closest competitor. They came out and provided the estimate promptly. The service they did provide was good.

It was good. They were very accommodating. They did it in a very short amount of time. They accommodated us very nicely. They were friendly and professional. They did a good job. They were a little pricey.

I would give them the highest grade. They are extremely effective. They are reasonably priced. They have a high degree of technical knowledge.

They were very helpful; he was able to work through different configurations of my air conditioning and he put everything in writing for me.

It was fine but I didn't go with them. I went with another company.

It was too expensive. The gentleman was very helpful, knowledgeable and soft-spoken. The price was just beyond we can afford. The consultation was fine.

The work was done in a timely and professional way. The crew took care to cover the furniture and flooring when working in the house and cleaned up when done. I was shown how to use the remotes and told how to clean the units. Everything is working great.

It went great!! They sent someone to give the estimates. They helped us stay within our budget yet we got the most appropriate units for our home. The actual installation took two days just like they said. They were fast yet did everything properly and cleaned up all the mess that was made. I would highly recommend their services. They also did all the paperwork to help me get a rebate from Con Edison. I only had to sign and mail it!!

The installation associates were punctual, kept things clean, and overall took pride in the installation. The entire process took about 4 days, but the project manager walked me through each step of the process, and listened to my feedback.

I called them and they were great at getting me an appointment and the person I spoke to gave me a breakdown of the pricing information. On the day of the appointment, the technician had written the address incorrectly so instead of 109 he was at 111. Once he checked the unit he found he had to change a cap on the inside unit and pressurize the outside units and add the refrigerant. At this point he tells me the job is going to be a minimal of $1200. When he saw the look of shock he says well we are not the cheapest, but this was far above what i was quoted on the phone and there was not a huge amount of work that needed to be done besides pressurizing the units. Since summer is coming I had to have the units serviced and I just paid their price, but I will not be using this company again.

Their was a mix up in the scheduling but Angie's list straighten things out and they arrived on time as promised.

Everyone was so professional and yet friendly and caring. Great follow up as well. An excellent company to work with.

workers were prompt, communicative, helpful and very professional. The job was excellent and we are very happy. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a ductless sytem installed.

From the very beginning, this company was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me plan exactly what I needed and came to my home for an inspection to be sure that what we thought we needed, we really did need. On the day of installation, there was a team of workers who knew exactly what needed to be done and worked efficiently and as quickly as possible. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me instructions on how to work my units which I had installed throughout my home. This is a pricey product, but I went with Richair because of their knowledge and expertise.I would recommend Richair to anyone!

The units were a/c & heat. They really proved to be a good investment as compared to doing a lot of duct work.

I dealt with Alan (owner), Peter (sales), Alex (installation), two installers, Alex (electrician), and a gentlemen who started up our unit. It took a few visits from the sales and install team to get the layout correct, but it worked out well. The contracting was pretty straightforward and clear. The only heads up I would give is that the quote does not include connecting the electricity, so just understand that is over and above. It is excluded on the contract, but not necessarily made really clear. Alex the installation manager knows his stuff and gets the job done. The installers were neat, clean and professional. When they were done, it was neat and clean. They provided an electrician (also Alex) who was an honest guy, and worked hard. I thought I got value for what I paid him. The startup tech was also knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall a good contractor experience, especially why dealing with holes drilled through to the exterior of your home. It looks good, inside and out. Now we are just waiting on the hot weather! The price I listed as NA because I did not price check them. They were very highly rated by my neighbor who recommended them.

One thing was not done like I had asked, but when I called after the installation, they immediately dispatched someone to rectify the situation. | |The unit I purchased was a bit overkill for the basmement, I could hang meat in this place..

Had this installation done by a NJ contractor with all Mitsubishi equipment. The price also included a new electrical sub panel. The locations originally recommended for the outside units would not meet Town approval because of possible noise in relation to neighboring residences. The outside units were installed in the backyard on either side of the master bedroom. The inspector for the town commented that the units were ultra quiet when turned on. There was no need to use a Sanyo unit for the master bedroom as recommended by Richair. I have 1 outside unit for front bedroom and rear bedroom along with master bedroom. The second outside unit is for the dining and living room and basement. Extremely Happy with system installed by GILSON. Maximum cooling within 30 minutes of starting ac system on hottest days in all interior locations and at a much lower cost from PSE&G.
