I have been using Prymas Contracting for over 20 years, for various jobs, interior as well as exterior. All jobs (siding, resolution of water issues, basement tiling, new bathrooms and more) have always been completed to my total satisfaction. Michael and his staff are reliable, responsive, professional and most importantly can be TRUSTED. I have always found Michael willing to answer all my questions, provides professional recommendations, and follows up. I highly recommend this company, confident that I will be using them again soon to do roof work. As a further compliment, I have referred Prymas to my brother and friends and they are all equally satisfied and continue to use them as their first source. Mike showed up promptly, quickly assessed the work to be done and said it was beyond the scope of their company. I appreciate the honesty and forthrightness.

My skylight has been leaking for a year and I used two other contractors, but neither of them actually fixed it. It is very hard to find a contractor who is responsible and does the good job. For the simplest, some of them cannot even show up even I made the appointment. No call form them and I simply wasted my time. I have to say, the industry does not have a good reputation. I was so desperate so I turn to Angie's List. What can I say about Prymas? They are the opposite. I am so glad I found them. The process is smoothly. Just one call and they showed up on time. Their estimate is reasonable. When Mike gave me the estimate, he told me there might be a damage when the old skylight is removed and it could cost a little more. I appreciate the honest heads up. Actually, Prymas did a beautiful job. Nothing is damaged. Mike even told me that he gave me the old license # even I did not realize it. I know nothing about skylight and It is still a little early to tell how long the new one will last. But, so far I am very happy with their service. I don't need to worry about leaking during a raining night anymore. Thank you for the good job.

Everything they have done was great. I would not hesitate to recommend them. And the best thing is that Michael and his team are honest. They do not cut corners and will do the job correctly from the beginning until the end.

They did a good job. They are very busy. It took them three or four months before they could do the work after we called them. They were prompt. I had used them ten years ago as well.

Excellent. If you are on a tight schedule, you may wish to obtain extra confirmation about exact starting time.

Called twice and they never returned a phone call to schedule work. They were local, that's why we called them.

THEY DID AN OKAY JOB, BUT COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER ONE. I WAS VERY UPSET AND NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PROJECT. I HAVE HAD LEAKING AND ALL OTHER PROBLEMS, BECAUSE THE JOB WAS HALF DONE.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO OBTAIN FEEDBACK FROM PRYMAS AND THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT FOLLOWING UP ON QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THAT I MAY HAVE ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH A ROOFING PROJECT.
