Pipe Monkeys Sewer and Drain,inc

Had a backup in our sewer trap in the basement. Called Pipe Monkeys and spoke to Kirk, he listened to my situation and said they could resolve our problem today and was very reassuring. He said they would be here within the hour. Technician Nick came on time and assessed the situation and got to work right away. He snaked out the trap and ran the snake out to the street a few times and pulled out some old roots from a long dead tree that used to be outside of our house. Problem solved and our drains are now flowing freely. Nick cleaned up the area around the trap and took away the dead roots. I found him to be professional and courteous. Would recommend them.

I called and asked for a comparison estimate on work my contractor was offering me. He was very informative and friendly and was happy to give me some of his time to talk, knowing he wasn't getting a job out of it.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and needed help repairing it. I was given a reccomendation as to which faucet to buy. The plumber was punctual, worked around my schedule and did a good job with the installation. I thought the pricing was fair.

Pipe Monkeys Sewer and Drain,inc gave me an estimate on the phone before they came over. They did the repair the same day. Although I had a rusted out drain pipe, they replaced almost the entire drain under my sink. Yet the total cost was slightly less than the quote for just the pipe and was even less than I was quoted by other plumbers. The work was done professionally and competently. The plumber was courteous and efficient. I am delighted!!!

Very unhappy with the job - Contractor has a lot of excuses for why he did a lousy job . I would not recommend him at all.

Never thought I could say that a company could treat you like family, but that's what Kirk did. Went out of his way to take care of a clogged drain that flooded my elderly parents' home. The flood knocked out the pilot light on my parents' water heater and he came back to troubleshoot it. He was honest enough to let me know that it was a job for a licensed plumber and he referred me to his friend Peter (licensed master plumber-separate review) and followed up with him to make sure I was taken care of. Thankful for the attention he gave my parents in the midst of an emergency that could've gotten much worse. I would recommend him for your job without any hesitation!
