Not happy at all, 15 years customer, they bill me $400 for small tap valve which was covered under my contract like previous years

The issue wAs the price of oil was always higher than any other oil company..they lock you in at a rate that never goes down when the price of oil went down.. they stayed the same. Now I am paying $1.30 a gallon from switching to Slomin’s.. PETRO is a RIP OFF COMPANY... do not by from Petro, once you are in you ar stuck for the year... ouch

Technician came extremely late and we were not able to let him do the cleaning. This is the first this happened so will give benefit of doubt. Still need servicing done

Called for fuel on 11/11/17 and was told I need to wait until 12/6. I explained I must do what I can afford and they did not work with me. I called to speak to a field supervisor on Monday, November 13th and I have yet to hear from anyone. Petro valued me when I first became a customer but they seem to have gotten too big to care about the working class customer.

We've had our heat from them and they just installed an air conditioning system. They supply our oil and installed our oil burner a few years ago. I think the price was high-ish. We are long term heat customers of theirs and they've responded well. They came when they said they would.

it went great ..I feel safer knowing that I can depend on them...And it is also great that they give you 30 days to pay for your oil ....

The thing I like about them is the guy that comes in, he knows us; like he knows a lot, and they're very respectful. I currently have them scheduled for June 20 for the air conditioning maintenance. They also come in and service the equipment if there's an issue. I'm renewing them for next year, for the next cycle.

Great! Didn't try to upsell me on some service contract. Good price. Arrived during window promised but didn't call ahead as promised. Will call them again.

They are very professional. It was a good experience. I didn't pay for it. It was through a grant. The new one is so much different from the old ones, you know the one I had in my apartment. I didn't know how it was going, heating up so much and I really didn't know how to control but if I would have known how to operate the thermostat, it would have been less. Even though they did it, it was just so high. I had to keep turning it down and stuff. But it was new, thank gosh. Because the one I had, had totally wasn't working anymore. I liked them. They were very good. The price was great. They were cheaper than the other quotes I had. They're responsiveness was very good, very well.

Well. Just had to wait about 6 hours for arrival of technician.

They are usually reliable and provide good service.

The one time I needed them to come right away to fix the boiler when it was broken, they did come. However, they are never available to do the tune up—they're always running months behind and aren't able to come at times that work for those of us who also work. I finally scheduled an appointment, and their service person came and stood outside my house and then left without ringing the bell or alerting those of us inside that he was there. Then they weren't available for another appointment for three more months. Ugh.
