Description of Work: They've done numerous different jobs and they provide my heating oil. I don't remember the dates and costs, but I have been pleased with everything they've done from installing a new, energy efficient oil burner, to regularly servicing my heating needs.

Description of Work: Petro is my heating services supplier. My home has oil heat. My maintenance contract with them allows for repairs to the oil burner. When last used they cleaned the oil delivery equipment. I have found them to be reliable and skillful in their work.

Description of Work: Petro has serviced me for over 20 years. They are a little more expensive than other companies but they are always responsive and professional. My biggest concern with them is that since they are such a large company it is hard to get appointments for annual service visits. Even as a long time customer I have to wait at least 2 months before getting an appointment. In the past when I was with a smaller company that Petro took over, the company used to automatically set up annual visits. There was such as family personal touch. That is now gone and I'm just one of many customers. I miss that personal touch

The contract cost was reasonable, and they even covered some uncovered issues if I had tried but not understood what I should do. | |I had the contract for several years, and I would still be using them if I owned a house in New York.
