 + -1 moreTheir estimate was for $7500. Their price was high and it was not even worth negotiating. Hence, I did not negotiate with them. They were good and nice. They took the time to explain everything to me. They were very cordial and there was nothing wrong with them. I would consider hiring them in the future but my only issue with them was that they did not send anyone when I first contacted them. I had to contact them three times to get an estimate.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Maspeth Roofing two or three weeks ago for repairing the roof of my house.

 + -1 moreSo far, it has been really good. I haven't had any problems yet. Everything went pretty well with the estimate. They were very informative and clear-cut on what the job would entail. I got estimates from other companies, but those interactions fell through. They will be able to do the job in one day.

 + -1 moreSome nuts were missing from the gutter fasteners. The edge where the rubber membrane meets the gutter was inadequately sealed. 2 shingles that were attached to the mansard did not match others in color. There were a few cigarette butts coated by aluminum paint on the roof. Job was undermanned. I do not suggest hiring Maspeth Roofing for a residential job when they are very busy and undermanned.
Description of Work: Maspeth Roofing removed some remaining old roofing material, replaced gutter, vents and installed rubberized roofing material and coated with aluminum paint on flat roof with mansards.

 + 0 moreEverything was good. They are not cheap. One of the roofs started to leak after they did the roof. They came right back and fixed the problem and it fixed the leak. It was in a seam betweeen my roof and the house next door.
Description of Work: They replaced roofs on two houses and a garage. They also put up some siding.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WHOLE DAY TO COMPLETE THE ROOF BUT IT TOOK LESS THAN SIX HOURS TO COMPLETE.

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIR ON THE GUTTERS DID NOT EVEN LAST SIX MONTHS. THEIR IS A 3-4 INCH GAP IN THE VALLEY ON THE ROOF. THE GUTTER OVERHANG IS TOO WIDE, THERE IS ONLY ABOUT 2 INCHES FOR WATER TO RUN INTO THE GUTTERS.
