Description of Work: There were 3 rotted double stair cases going to the second and third floor units of our condominium. The job was tedious and required coordination with the homeowners. Metal railings had to be removed and restored with matching paint. The cement stairs were completely removed, replaced and perfectly pitched. The welding had to be secure and the homeowners had to be provided with alternative egress while the work was in progress.

Description of Work: Today is just the latest contract I've entered into with Dominick Agro, the owner of La Life Paving. He will be replacing two corroding staircases (he has already done 3 others) and creating a decorative cement island in an area where no greenery has been able to grow. He has worked with me as manager of my condominium since the mid-90s. He's handled many major projects, including a complete repaving and yellow striping of our driveways, building new staircases, scraping/rustproofing/painting our extensive metal work, routine cement work, tiling our 2nd and 3rd floor outdoor terraces; building an attractive wall around all the ground floor terrances; installing curbing to prevent run off from the hilly slope along our perimeter; rubbish hauling; replacing our 2 trash dumpsters; replacing our decrepit mailboxes with modern, maintenance-free models; installing new fireproof metal doors and locks throughout the common areas of the complex; intalling a hallway banister. Our homeowners are very pleased with his workmanship and he can always be reached with questions or concerns. His back office is polite and helpful in handling any requests. Dominick has been a reliable, hands on vendor who takes pride in his work. The best recommendation I can give is to visit our premises and check out the work first hand.
