 + 0 moreThe porch looks beautiful. Everything was done correctly. The workers finished the job in a timely manner.They were neat and precise in everything they did. My neigbors commented on how beautiful my porch looks. The workers were courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend them.
Description of Work: The provider redid the front porch and steps of the house. The steps and side walls were all done in brick. Granite was ploaced on the surface of the porch.

 + 0 moreIt was an amazing experience! They are incredibly prompt and professional. All of the paperwork is completed in a timely fashion, the contractor is always in contact about when they will be there, what they will be doing and when they expect to be finished. Very honest pricing and high quality work. I absolutely would recommend Icon contracting in the future, and intend to use them myself when my next home project comes up!
Description of Work: Built a retaining wall in backyard, refenced the entire backyard including having to custom cut some pieces of the fence so that the fence would fit around some obstacles in the backyard. They also repainted the ornate front door and railings.

 + 5 moreI have been using the services of ICON Contracting since 2011. Service is professional, reliable and very friendly. I can count on Gerry at ICON to respond promptly and go out of his way to get me what I want. Since 2011 he has redone everything to the outside of my 1940's house. We collaborated on ideas about the garden, lawn, sidewalk and driveway. I can say that Gerry has a good eye for design. Everyone has complimented me on the front of my house. Gerry also has a talent and education for building gardens. In my backyard, he has built raised beds, rock paths and installed a fountain in my garden. On an ongoing basis, he continues to help me with my native garden, going out of his way to find native plants which are hard to find. ICON also did indoor waterproofing in 2011 and everything has been dry in my basement since then. I highly recommend ICON Contracting.
Description of Work: Repair front porch. Brick work. Stone walls. Front sidewalk repaved. Front walk done with pavers and sealed. Waterproofing done in basement. Establish a native garden with raised beds, fountain and garden paths.
