Description of Work: they still have not fixed the windows or house...they will not give me the 10 year warranty paper.They completely ignore my calls when I have water coming into the house which has ruined my wood.The salesman VINNIE is horrible..he never follows through after I c/o leaks.I am still thinking about suing them.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...AND WHEN i ASK TO SPEAK TO THE BOSS...OF COURSE HE IS NEVER IN

 + -1 moreIt went extremely well when I worked with them. When they came they were on time. They were able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. This was the first time I used them, and they cleaned up well when the work was done.
